>>reporter: jenny moore has lived near gregory walker for years. she's heartbroken to hear someone beat him to death and baffled about why. >> why. >>reporter: walker was found here in this street outside the sunoco gas station off columbus and nebraska. gary hag lands came up as the whole thing was happening. >> they had it all blocked off from here all the way the asphalt. >>reporter: walker was suffering upper body trauma that's all police will tell us but neighbors tell me he was beaten to death. >> he was proprietor he was a good man he didn't bother nobody. >>reporter: something did happen to cause this and that is why police want to get to the bottom of it. >> we're optimistic as we do in all cases like this we try to interview as many people as

i'm get thanksgiving backwardss i'm working a long timing. la nina definitely in place. this is a fairly weak el nina but what this does la nina helps to up well cooler water that affects global weather conditions including here in the u.s. that means a cooler upper midwest a cooler mid west and want wet conditions for the midwest. warmer conditions for parts of the southeast but for the pennsylvania tampa bay area we've already seen there the local effects the temps warmer than normal and the rainfall less than average. so that's our nina winter coming up here for the southeast and also the state of florida. that's typically historically what we've seen with this system as it continues to move along. so there we go. 65 degrees here at 9:00 p.m. temperatures falling through the 60s at 8:00 a.m. 59 degrees. that's our forecast low temperature. then in the afternoon 80 degrees at 5:00 p.m. plenty of sunshine for the area. so we're looking forward to a gorgeous weekend.
