are still runng free and families are left mourning the loss of both of these victims. a third person is in the hospital. we are live at the hospital. how is that man doing? >> reporter: he is in critical condition here at tmh. police described him as clinging to life. others were also rushed here and did not make it. it was a finally saturday night at northwest miami with three separate shootings within hours of each other. the first shooting on 19th st. and second avenue. a man shot several times and in critical conditions here at the hospital. the second shooting about an hour later was in the liberty city area right by northwestern seniorigh. police say two gunmen convinced -- confronted a 15-year-old and shot him in the head killing him. we were at the scene of the

pop pop of gunshots followed by sirens. it was the scene at northwest 56 street where a 21-year-old man was shoth and killed. >> the violence has been horrific and it needs to stop. >> reporter: the pastor of new beginnings church is one of several community leaders fed up with the recent shootings across miami-dade county. many have been deadly and involving teenagers and children. the church plans to do something about it. >> we are going to make this become a bylaw that people can live by getting them to understand that it is not their dates today but it can be there day tomorrow. they have to step up and speak out so that we can settle these issues. >> reporter: we are seeing the situations happened way too often. in one of these cases there was a 15-year-old who was shot and killed. we need the community to come together and call us with information. the miami-dade school

outraged by the deadly gun violence. he tweeted this morning miami wakes to the overnight news at three shootings with one of the victims as young as -- as 15. heartless and senseless. police are looking into it to see what the motives are. they urge anyone with any information to call crimestoppers. you can stay anonymous. live at jmh. cbs 4 news. a church service honored the victims of the shootings. family members and friends of victims of violence came together at the new beginning missionary baptist church at opa-locka. this man was killed tuesday outside a convenience store. he had recently moved back to the neighborhood where he grew up.

>> this is why i moved away from miami. i am always killing but one had to come back in the senseless killing and speak of it >> does he know something speak up. >> another man was shot in that attack and was taken to the hospital in critical condition. police have not made any arrests. the fbi arrested a man that they say stole more than $3 million from her brinks facility. agents found him in san diego yesterday. he was a former manager of the facility. investigators say on new year's day he walked into a ball and walked out with the money. he left a resignation letter before leaving have stiffed and he is expected to appear in court tomorrow. we have our eye on the

gusty wind and rain. john gerard joins us with their forecast. >> you are obviously a fan of cooler weather. a lot of folks are disappointed with these temperatures well into the 80s. today we were close to the record high. there are changes in the wind. we will see a northwind beginning to blow tonight and tomorrow. the showers they came through earlier today to ourselves have a few little blips on the radar coming across portions of the soutrn portions of florida toward homestead. these are like little sprinkles and will not be a big deal. the atmosphere is getting dryer quickly. the dryer air is just about here but the cooler air is about 12 hours away. look at where the cold front is. it's closing in on fort myers in orlando. 40s and 50s on one side but 60s

southern tip of the peninsula. dry air is pushing rain and high winds continue to bring moisture and cloud the top of the cooler air. we're likely to see quite a bit of cloud cover tonight and tomorrow. the satellite loop over the past 12 hours shows very little breaks in the clouds. stem number two is in texas and new mexico. not much of a dry weather break coming up for tomorrow. at least half the country outside the blue line outside minneapolis is below zero. the coldest -- third coldest ever nfl football game today. we have sprinkles passing through for the voters tomorrow there's a moderate shot and surface 79. it will be pleasantly cool in temperatures around 72. rain every other day and sunshine every other day through the week.

adam gase welcome back. the dolphins interviewed sen different candidates before the vacancy was filled with adam gase. one of the interviews included dan campbell former interim head coach. he is still with the team but only up to the new head coach to keep them on the staff. campbell rose quickly in the organization and was a favorite of many of the players. >> he will figure it out. he has a lot of confidence and he gets along great with people and he is exceptional. as is down. dan will be a head coach one day in the nfl. >> still dealing with some -- subzero temperatures in minnesota. the vikings are taking on the seahawks.
