moment of the pit -- debate and i think this was his b bt debate. i think he is getting better with practice. this was also jeb bush is best debate that -- but it was trump's best as well. >> did jeb bush and marco rubio do anything to help themselves along? >> he was getting at form a couple different sides. there's the top-tier race between crews and trump and then there's the race -- between cruz and trump and then there's the race between everyone else. you start seeing the second tier come at each other. the key here is who comes out of iowa third and who comes out and new hampshire in one of those top spots. they probably are not a lot of tickets out of new hampshire. but the time they make it t florida the field will be narrowed down. rubio wants to be part of the upper-class but so did the others. >> are we any closer to finding out on knowing how this will shakout?

lead to severe weather tomorrow. >> here is what's happing right now. the reader is indicating the widespread light to moderate rain have kind of shifted north into broward and palm beach county. a little less rain in miami- dade. there has not been a lot of ranges some pesky light rain that has been steadily falling throughout the evening so far. by 4 am there's not much@ rain on the radar anywhere. we will get a bit of a lull or breaking these light to moderate rain showers. by about 7 am another round of light to moderate rain moves i just in time for your morning commute. that will make things wet and slow in the morning. look back to our southwest and northwest moderate to heavy rain moving in just after lunchtime tomorrow. but later in the afternoon some of those contacts locally flighted -- could locally flooded streets. we will talk about your weekend in just a few minutes.

a teenagerulled from his bike and murdered. the lead detective on the case was left stunned. >> the shooters will kill you for anything. it's horrible. >> tonight the publicly to catch the team's killer. we have learned a lot of new details about the 15-year- old's horrific death. today the family and miami police called in the community toome forward with information. we are at the miami police department with the story. >> reporter: a veteran miami police officer detective was emotional about this case. we talked to him about it night. let's take a look. another saturday night miami shooting. dead 15-year-old adler hill. it was an ugly death. >> it had to be horrific. >> reporter: pushed off his bike investigators learned that

shot multiple times. then a crowd gathered and took cellphone pictures. >> this case released that -- struck a chord with me. there was a delay between the shots being fired in the homicide being committed. by that time word had spread that something had happened. peopleave gone to that field and looked. they never called the police until somebody finally grew a conscience. >> reporter: today the family is pleading for community help to find the killer. >> somebody needs to stay something. >> reporter: right there with them is an emotional police sergeant. >> this was an execution of an innocent 15-year-old child. >> reporter: his mother walks away. listening is too painful.

a developing story on the future of uber in miami-dade. at least one commissioner wants out of the county.>> uber is not going down without a fight. carey codd has the story. >> reporter: here in miami-dade he can pull up the uber app on your smart phone. miami-dada says uber is operating illegally.

uber has thousands of drivers in miami-dade and has given an untold number of rigs. >> you can control the quality of uber. >> reporter: uber sent out this email sent of legislation proposed by the county chairman uber would likely mean -- leave miami-dade. they say the proposal is too restrictive and requiring the county to do background checks on the uber drivers. >> we believe that uber and lift have role here. >> reporter: legislation would allow them to continue driving and make their own background checks and make the information avlable to the county. >> i don't want to take a private business that seems to be thriving and growing. >> reporter: he wants to take a look at insurance issues as well and make it less intrusive on cab companies.

things in terms of showers. some could be locally strong and maybe even severe in terms of wind and heavy rain which could cause street flooding if they hit in dade and broward and the keys. there's an indication that it may hit farther north by the lake but it's too close to call right now. right now the light to moderate rain is up in palm beach. broward and miami-dade just a few passing showers right now only a little rain in the keys will have been about a 10th of an inch. the farther south the more rain that has been today. here is the rain moving through the southern tip of the peninsula. there's very heavy showers and storms right along the gulf coast. here when you can expect to tomorrow. there's a medium risk of damage and flooding between one and seven. that's the time we are looking at tomorrow with just a small chance of hell and tornadoes -- hail and tornadoes.
