juvenile court hearing. his mother was there learning her son might be charged with second degree murder as an adult. >> the state is considering filing charges in the state court instead of juvenile court, do you understand? >> reporter: he admitted he was in the car with leonard adams and 17-year-old erwin press lea. police say the two went to the apartment complex to kill someone named juju after an argument on social media. during the fight, king carter was hit and killed. we tried to speak to team's family at their home after the hearing. you don't want to say anything? >> no, bye. >> reporter: >> reporter: funeral 2:00 and it will be at the new bethel baptist cathedral, that's the

northwest 135th street. now to "cbs4 news" safety alert. surveillance video showing a woman nearly kidnapped on february 7th. a woman had just gotten off a bus when a nan a car comes up and offer -- man in a car comes up and offers her a raid. she refused. he followed her and grabbed her arm. she was able to get away. here's a sketch of the man, he was driving a silver four door vehicle with dark tinted windows. then with information call crime stoppers. now at 11:00 -- new at 11:00, deputies arrested a man for the murder of his doctor wife. they took mark see betters into custody today. another man charged in tree is a's death pled -- her death pled guilty.

police documents suggested mark was the master mind after murder for hair scheme. a miami officer shaken after being shot at. surveillance video captured the encouper after 4:00 this morning at southwest paris. the rookie officer was patrolling an area known for prostitution spotting suspicious activity. when he trade pulling a car over, he got out and shot fired. the officer fold the suspect long enough for him to be captured. lance deshawn moore is charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer. in just in, our sister station in new york reporting yoyo, ona being rushed to the hospital.
