22-year-old murders of nicole simpson and ron goldman. the house was demolished in 1998. and it's possible that's when the knife was discovered. the finder of the knife apparently turned it over to an officer who was working as a security officer during production of a movie. he held onto it until recently. >> within the past month, lapd became aware of an item, that item has been recovered by investigators. it is being treated as we would all evidence. >> do you think there could still be dna on that knife? >> it's very possible. they've recovered dna on mummies in egypt. it's very possible that if there is dna to be found it could be found with today's technology. >> not guilty. >> he was acquitted in a trial that lasted more than eight months, but could he be tried again? >> the likelihood of any
