the shooting and death of my dog meant nothing peer is just an animal. >> tonight a family pet killed by police gunfire peer the dog owner says it simply growled at the officer and he opened fire. the dog owner says police were on the property without consent. >>police tell us they were serving an arrest warrant it. now, the family is mourning the loss of their beloved pet. >> reporter: the owner of the dog says the dog was just doing what he did, protecting their home turf. the owner says when he ran to

campaign says the vermont senator will be in miami tomorrow. he is planning a rally in downtown miami. the doors open at 4:30 pm. he will take the stage later in the evening. for people facing criminal charges all connected to the criminal disappearance -- all connected to the disappear it -- disappearance of a one-year- old boy. the little boy has been found safe and his mother is detained in texas. the caregiver workup in the middle of the night -- woke up in the middle of the night and the boy was gone. the boys mother along with his grandmother are charged with a crime. they say they knew the motherboard of the bus with the child for textus -- texas . michelle obama will attend the funeral of nancy reagan.
