it is up to the voters to turn up and vote. if we have a big vote in south florida, we will win the state. i am very confident in that. we see that internally, in all the analysis we have done, if we have a higher than normal turn out in south florida, we will win this election. >> is it hard for you to justify maybe donors and voters saying, we are looking at tols and they-- polls and they are showing something different. >> no, polling is out of control, done in ways not scientifically solid. bernie sanders trailed in every poll in michigan, the average-- he was trailing by 20 points in michigan, in a single poll not showing him win and then beats hillary clinton in michigan. i cause down 20 in virginia and won by a point to donald trump. if we had more one day i think we would have won, we still had 16 delegates, he got 17. my point is polling is skewed now with cell phones and all the things going on, you have to put those aside and understand that

they used to be and more often wrong than rieth. donors and supporters know that. >> the polling has gotten out of control, some would argue the campaign in general is outlet of control, off the rails at some point. do you have any regrets about any of the negative back and forth that you have been a part of? and on the receiving end? >> i haven't been a part of it except one time, one day. i already said i would do it differently. that is one day. donald trump has done it for 12 months, that is not even fair comparison. i thing it is destructive. we are now a country where people are at each other's throat. just because you disgree on public policy, people hate each other, you have seen violence breaking out at rallies, not good for america, if we are not a country that can have a respectful debate about tax policy and health care policy, we are in a lot of trouble. how will we solve these problems? we need to start solving problems, we are running out of time or will be the first americans to leave our children worse off than ourselves.

video shows them trying to put out the raging fire when the house tumbled. thankfully everyone was able to escape safely. police in maryland say a detective was killed by friendly fire during an ambush outside a police-- ambush outside a police station. the under cover officer arrived in the middle of the fire fight. in confusion, the detective was hit by a bullet from a fellow officer. the gunman and 2 brothers who recorded the whole thing have been arrested. we are learning new details about an amtrak train derailment in southwest kansas. the national transportation safety board thinks a separate car accident may have caused the train to go off the tracks. the train was careying more than 140 people when several cars derailed early yesterday morning. the accident happened moments after an engineer noticed a significant bend in a rail and applied the emergency brakes. at least 32 people were hurt, 2

the fact jeb bush didn't support anyone, do you think anyone? particularly rubio? >> i don't think it hurt him large degree, had he come out immediately and endorsed him, it would have given a small boost. considering he didn't endorse anybody and is yet to, i think he is hedging at lets wait until the process gets farther and we will see if i endorse anybody. i think that is what jeb will do. >> he was saying earlier when lauren was interviewing him, don't look at the polls. how likely is it today? do you really think he is pull it out in florida? >> it comes down to hispanic turnout. if it is a large hispanic turnout, i think it will work in his favor. ted cruz is pulling a lot, kasich is pulling a lot of votes and those votes are getting taken away from marco and going to donald trump. >> the senator expressed concerns how difficult it would
