-- right -- ride. a car slammed into restaurant overnight. gaby fleischman is live at the scene. >> reporter: good morning. fire rescue is telling us that two people were hurt inside the pizza shop when an suv slammed through the front. this is a downtown pizza grill at 906 ne. . this is a downtown pizza grill at 906 ne. 62nd st. in oakland park. this pizza shop was open and there were customers inside when a driver lost control of her car and barreled through the glass entrance of the restaurant. the driver of the car is an elderly woman who appeared to be in a nightgown and curlers when this happens. it's not clear what might have caused her to crash into the storefront. we spoke to witnesses on seat in they say they heard the engine more and not hear any breaks.
