sometimes along this kind of line, you can get a little rotation and we have a slight concern for a slight risk as the storm system moves onshore that we could see a waterspout or a briefs tornado. brief tornado. what we're seeing right now is just light to moderate rain. in the north it is and a half yes, and the heaviest -- north is to the south. but, again, it is the line that is offshore that is likely to bring us the heavy rain that could lead to isolated street flooding and wind gusts up to
6:13 am
risk for damaging winds or a brief tornado close to the coastline and that is the biggest concern this morning. and we'll watch that for and the timeline from that is between 8:00 till noon. and that is when we'll start to see by noon the rain moving inland and starting to taper off. you know how i said is it the classic sign for severe weekend. and the county line there in the bend of the panhandle that is because there's a strong thunderstorm warning in place. if you do not have storm shield on your mobile device, you may want to dunn load it now. now, as we move through the weekend, we got a break on saturday and nice and calm even afternoon today and we'll see clearing up considerably. on sunday, we have round 2. this storm system will be somewhat similar to what we'll

6:35 am
right now, we have light rain and also across our major roads and bridges in hillsborough and pinellas county and into sarasota county and across i- 75, we have heavy pockets of rain. here's how it coming to today and 8:00 we'll see the heavier bands of storms moving onshore and we'll continue through 10:00 in the morning closer to noon to have that it ended risk for the heavy downpours and the gusty and potential damaging winds and a brief tornado. and then after that, we clear out, calm down and the winds may be a little breezy this 72 degrees. saturday the quiet day and sunday, we have round 2. and the bottom line is we have another area of low pressure that will roll across the area and we'll have another chance on sunday for another round of rain that could bring us a slight risk for isolated severe storm in the first half of the
