to pull in -- pour into a bay area family impacted by a tragedy. on halloween night, a couple from george was killed in a car crash and the for five -- and the surviving children living with relatives. a new show of support. >> the kids are so resilient considering they lost both of their parents just a few months ago. their families say they continue to be amazed by all of the support they continue to get from all over the world. they were surprised at the trip tampa. and celebrating their first -- birthdays at the park. all 11 family members will enjoy quality time together. >> i think it means a lot because they can enjoy it with their friends and family at the same time. and we got here early. so we have a long day and a lot to do. >> the kids love science.

was popular with tourists. they took dozens of hostages overnight. 126 people were freed from that standoff. they found a fourth attacker in a second hotel nearby with connections to al qaeda. debris has been spotted in a field off the coast of hawaii, the location where 12 us marines were last seen. 12 service members were into helicopters that collided in midair and crashed. the debris includes an empty liferaft and possibly, pieces of that aircraft. searches are scanning the shoreline in a military vehicle and on water from jet skis and from the sky. the crews are asking the public to simply stay clear. investigators are looking into what caused the crash. we do have a bit of breaking news right now. all southbound lanes of i 75 are closed near bruce b downs

welcome back. people are picking up the pieces today after a tornado touched down. people caught in the path say the sky turned black and they heard what sounded like a train. this before the 18 mile wide twister tore through their home on friday. the national weather service says an ef-1 tornado was on the ground for just two minutes. enough time to rip across homes and uprooted tree lines. thankfully, it appears no one was hurt and the cleanup is expected to last. >> now, the most accurate weather team in florida. abc action weather. it is horrible to see families go through stuff like that.>> a couple of those within a week there just north of ft. myers last saturday and with what is coming through tonight,

forecast in just a second. just taking a look at the past 12 hours of our satellite and radar composite, a couple of very small showers skirting into the nature quote -- coast. they stayed mostly off to the north. 75 degrees out at tampa international airport. and 9 degrees -- 9 degree above normal temperature this morning at 64. coming to an end. take a look at the current temperatures. bradenton. 72 and ruskin. 68 in tampa as the warm weather continues to make its way still south winds and those winds are going to turn southwest and then west in the northwest. and we will see the changes. temperatures mostly in the 60s

the warmest part of the country 31 in st. louis. and we are beginning to see some changes further south as the cooler air makes his way -- makes its way in. watch as we go through the overnight and this front tracks straight across. watch the futurecast as we see that change and storm systems move through from about 1 to 30 or 2 o'clock in the morning and kind of track through leaving us clear by 8 o'clock or so. just a few lingering showers by about 10 o'clock. and then, the cooler air makes its way in. the overnight low will be about 62 degrees. we may not see 66 or 67 by later on tomorrow. here is the way things will go tonight. the monster trucks over on raymond james. the rains come right to hear and by 7 o'clock, we start to clear things out with sunrise at 7:22. boating is not going to be a fight tomorrow. winds at of the north at 20 to 25 kn.
