this is i-275 at jefferson street. sailing now. will have a complete look at the morning commute coming up in about 15 minutes. right now doctors at bayfront medical center are by a car. investigators tell us the 6- year-old rode his razor scooter down his driveway and into traffic on 34th avenue west. he was taken to bayfront with head and leg injuries. he's expected to make a full recovery. the driver who hit the child will not face charges. tampa firefighters are investigating if arson could be the cause of a overnight fire at a vacant south tampa house. crews got the call after 2:30 this morning. we're told this is the second or third time firefighters have responded to a fire at this address. quick change scammer continues to hit bay area businesses. a third business now reports they got tricked by the scam artist over the weekend. check out the surveillance

the ownerings of yoyo juice in valico said he paid for water with a $50 and put $20 quickly in his pocket and said he got short changed. he hit several other stores in brandon too. >> it's only $20 we know about from three locations. how many more locations have been short $20? >> detectives are investigating all three cases and warn cashiers to slow down and count the change into the customer's hand to prevent becoming a victim. we got an update now on the florida pest control company under investigation for allegedly poisoning a south florida family. last week we told you the pest control was blaming the parents of a 10-year-old boy for causing his brain damage. now the west palm beach company faces criminal charges.
