>> some shocking video we want to show you this morning. a two-year-old boy is seen on a deputy's dash cam running down a busy highway in oregon. if you watch closely, you can see the toddler running down the middle of the busy road until a deputy finally stops him and picks him up. officials say the toddler's family was fiercely looking for him. the sheriff's office released the video to show drivers why it's so important to keep your eyes on the road and not to become distracked by your cell phone or radio. >> >> sad fews from tennessee, hikers found the body of a two- year-old boy missing for a week. noah chamberlain's body was found in woods near his home hundreds of volunteers searched for him every day. officials say he was found a mile and a half from where he was last seen. >>

across the majority of tampa bay, extending north. it will continue to press across polk county between 1:00 and 2:00 and start to decrease in intensity and move east. as that happens, by 4:00, we are looking dry. you may even see some peaks of sunshine out there. there will be a chance forever a few showers throughout the evening and even toplined this front. we have a very strong air flow by the gulf of mexico. it will not necessarily be a beautiful night to be out and about. let's look at the severe weather threats. we will have a chance for primarily damaging winds, the biggest concern with heavy pockets of rain. we could get some isolated street flooding and there is a risk for a brief tornado. the temperatures are nice and mild, headed out the door
