>> action action news is on the move right now. breakingnews unfollowing in pasco county. deputies tell us a 16 years old girl was shot during a home invasion. the sheriff's office says three men entered that home on garfield drive after 1:00 this morning. we are told one of those three men that shot the teenager is apparently someone live in the home accidentally shot the girl targeting the three suspects. corey, who you saw therebehind the wheel just about 15 minutes is getting there. the trooper is shot twice yesterday. rodriguez drove off leading field on a ten miles chase

and got out of his truck on i- 75 and began shooting. >> rodriguez died late on wednesday night at the hospital. the trooper dragged by a car friday night is thankfully doing okay. >> dashcam shows two troopers stopped on the side of the highway. the driver stopped and driving without his lights on. the drive did not cooperate and that manstarts to run back to his car and he takes off. thetrooper on the right side of the vehicle got dragged by a short distance but luckily, he was not seriously hurt. he's now charged with assaulting officer and fleeing the scene. the trooper stopped the 23 years old benjamin on sunday night and found marijuana in his car.
