>> here is a copy of the criminal complaint against michael ramos. the tip came in two days ago and agents believe it was a credible tip and a judge ordered a warrant. >> a tip led to this. federal agents raided the place that michael ramos was staying. pipebombs and smoke grenades and tear gas. >> anyone within a 50 feet radius could be severely injured or killed. so they are very dangerous. >> agents say the man that ratted ramos is ken neal the ii. the company makes and sells body armor. ramos is the president and it ways o'neal that spotted pipebombs in mid january. >> that guy is a very nice guy. >> according to court documents

we will check back with you. police are searching for two violent robbers that shot a temple terrace man in his driveway. michael paloosa has more. michael. >> reporter: a scary attack that happened in the home over my shoulder, the victims say he was able to pull his gun and return fire after the shooting at him but one of the bullets him the home of the neighbors and scared about what happened next. >> one of them grabbed me by the arm. pointed a gun at my face and say don say anything. >> the 911 call paint a terrifying scene of an armed robbery that escalated to attempted murder. >> i feared for my family and grabbed the gun and when he was distracted i pushed him away and he ran away from the house apt second i could i drew my firearm and started to fire. >> the victim fired 7 rounds

bullets phrased the victim's head and arm and another hit his finagler that's where you can see where the bullet was lodged. >> across the street, jessica myers' home was hit by a stray round and grateful no one was home sunday night at 11:00 p.m. when the bullet sped in. >> had it gone another inch, half an inch it could have gone into the common area that had hit. >> the two men ran off in an unknown direction. neighbors are cautious about their surroundings. >> i didn't think it would happen to you or near you. it is scary that we are the residual of what happened. >> and temple terrace bliss asking anyone with information to come forward. they dob know whether or not the suspects shot with the 7 rounds were hit. they are looking into whether or not anybody wounded showed up at a hospital. live in hillsborough county.

another man testifying for three armed and dangerous man. a police officer chasing those man crashed on saturday night. the crime spree started on friday when the men carjacked a hours later went for a home leg. if you know who they are call police right away. the iowa caucuses, the results are rolling in and surprises. first on the republican side minutes ago abc news declaring ted cruz the gop winner in iowa with 28% of vote. donald trump the national front- runner second with 24th percent and marco rubio in 3rd right behind them with 23% and ben carson 4th with nine percent. jeb bush finishing in 6th place with just three percent of the vote. and on the democratic side hillary clinton and bernie sanders both tied at 49%. and martin o'mally pulling less

he is dropping out of the race. we will have more coverage on abc action news.com. just in the newsroom officials in marion county saying more than 1600 high school students stayed out of class. parents reacting to a shoot threat aimed at west high school that surfaced on social media over the weekend. investigators telling us it all started last week in the school lunch room. apparently several students waved a confederate flag and another student offended and threw a punch. all of them disciplined and rumors got out of hand frightening some parents. i was horrified honestly. i didn't think that anybody that bad would happen at west port. >> the school district had extra security on campus today and right now they are trying to decide if they will do it again tomorrow. now to a developing story

anthony bays and 17-year-old anthony cook are missing. both convicted car thieves crawled out of a detention facility through a fence. the facility is operated by g4s that is working with the department of juvenile justice to make sure the same thing doesn't happen again. g4s saying four workers suspended. if you have information about the escape call 911. tonight an investigation superintendent catherine of inappropriate conduct. investigators looked into claims that leroy harassed superintendent greg rivers and threatened his employment. documents reveal the two grew close over the years. perhaps too close meeting for drinks and buying gifts for one another. rivers claims that rivers tried to kiss him at a conference invited him to her room. rivers claims that when he stopped the romance, leroy was hostile at work.

that. lightning hit. tonight the parents of a murdered 13-year-old virginia girl say they want justice. right now 18-year-old virginia tech engineering student david eisenhower and natalie keepers are facing charges in the murder of 13-year-old nicole la belle. the child's family telling us she had pushed a dresser against her door and it appears she climbed out of a window. investigators just learning how eisenhower, a standout track star may have lured the young girl. >> we have determined that eisenhower and nicole were acquainted prior to her disappearance. eisenhower used relationship to his advantage to abduct and kill her. >> tonight the victim's mother saying that she was bullied

cooler water and that cool air cools down to literally saturation point and a cloud develops over land and water is fog. simple as that. and we are going see more that have over the next couple of days until things begin to mix up a bit with our next cool front on thursday. outside right now, tampa partly cloudy and 67 degrees. now, remember this is something we talk about all of the time and the air temperatures and the dew points are the same and you have calm winds in florida almost always means fog. 67 over 66. the winds are calm. today we hit 78 degrees. there is a lot of warm air and it will be warmer tomorrow and again on wednesday before the rain arrives. st. pete 65 over 64 with calm winds. sarasota 64 or 63. you get the point. high humidity and high dew points and we will have fog tomorrow. in some areas are going to be

you might want to set your alarms early and be sure to check it out bright and early and let you know where the fog will be the thickest. if there are any advisories out there. in terms of the future cast, we don't have to necessarily always predict rainfall. we can predict fog and this is a look at future cast visibility overnight. down less than a mile across much of the area. that sea fog that we are talking about will take shape even more so late tomorrow tomorrow night and wednesday. by tomorrow morning come wakeup time a lot of folks will have visibility down near zero. a slow go of it but look at how quickly it will burn off about ten or 11:00 and back to mostly sentence -- sunny skies and the temperatures back up to the low to middle 80s tomorrow afternoon. so what happens when you get a lot of heat? moisture coming in from the

believe it or not. almost a summer-type situation. no storms to speak of and still certainly there will be clouds and an isolated shower. and then by late wednesday and thursday the florida state fair opens on thursday. you know what that means. it will rain and almost always rains in the first day of the fair and there will be showers and there will be thunderstorms. that is something we will keep our eyes on. the european model has three specific days. thursday we get the rain come through. sunday into monday, we get more rain and then wednesday into thursday, more rain again. it is going to be a stretch over the next ten days. i'd three of the ten days we will see rain. 20% chance on wednesday and 70% on thursday and cool off by the weekend with more rain arriving by the end of the week.
