>> if the clinics receive funding they should be regulated and held accountable. >> reporter: today, with a protester on their heels these activists say instead of protecting women's health the bills strip away the access forcing them to shut down. intern that could leave patients with fewer options. >> floridians and florida women deserve better. >> reporter: this is not just about planned parenthood operations. we are talking about 65 abortion clinics in florida. she tells us she believes she has the support for the bill to become law. now to an update on those controversial planned parenthood videos. he and sandra merritt were indicted last month for making videos that claimed planned
