county heading into hernando as well. low 30s but we are doing this without a wind so we at least have that improvement. temperatures could be much colder. in fact if we had the winds of yesterday we would have wind chills in the 20s. we don't have that. later today we'll warm up a little. by the way we're between two storm systems. one headed to the north and east. so that will allow for temperature to get a little milder today. middle 60s by later this afternoon but the wind will start to pick up again because we're in this fast progressive flow. another storm is coming in, with a cold front tonight. the winds will get gusty later today and tomorrow we go back down as temperatures begin to tumble. this is going to be one of the coldest weeks we've seen in a while with the temperature in the 50s. so bundle up for that. you've worked some issues on the roadways. a watermain situation? if you drive in downtown tampa on ashley, a lot of

speed, just taking six minutes to get from here to the howard frankland bridge. back to you. 6:02. breaking overnight -- a fight at a tampa super bowl party ends with a man shot in the face. tampa police still trying to figure out who pulled the trigger here at 20th street north about a block from busch boulevard. officers say 12:30 this morning two guests at a small party began fighting in the home's front yard. that fight turned violent. the victim now listed in critical condition at tampa general hospital. pasco deputies need your help to find a dangerous fugitive, they say this man here tried to kill a deputy. abc action news reporter corey dierdorff joins us live in hudson with a look at how this whole thing started. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. they say it started here in this parking lot off state road 52 in front of that domino's pizza where they were trying to arrest a man on an outstanding warrant when he tried to run

that is the man deputies are looking for, 26-year-old j'rokton williams, pascoing detectives say he was in his car outside the domino's and attempted to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. developments say williams put his car in reverse, sped toward a deputy and drove off. he was driving a purple car. an infiniti. he will now face charges of attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and crime stoppers of tampa bay offering a reward, $3,000 cash for any information leading to putting williams back behind bars. corey dierdorff, abc action news. 6:03. there are new steps underway today to protect you and your family from the zika virus. hillsborough county workers will test mosquito traps they set up over the weekend. 24 traps were put out to find areas where the zika virus might be.

that explosion came from a laptop, killed the suspected bomber sucked out of the plane through a hole in the fuselage. this airport surveillance video shows those airline workers look to the right side of the screen there, bottom right, habtd handing that laptop to the suspect after he had gone through the security checkpoint. both workers arrested. investigators say if the plane reached cruising altitude that secondary explosion, tank. 6:11. right now the president of a fraternity at cornell university is in jail on charges he tried to rape a woman on campus. 21-year-old wolfgang ballanger is the president of psi epsilon. due back in court tomorrow. it happened in january. his attorney denies the accusations. the frat is now suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. let's check with ivan for a look at a very chilly start to the workweek.

6:15 on this monday morning. look at the devastation here. right now rescuers are still looking for survivors in the rubble of a highrise apartment building in taiwan that collapsed after saturday's devastating 6.4 magnitude earthquake. overnight though we've got more amazing stories of survival. we heard those overnight. crews pulled a survivor from the rubble, that woman was found under her husband's body. reports say the woman was calling out to crews searching the debris. more than 170 people had been rescued from the collapsed 17- story building but we're hearing more than 100 people are still believed to be buried underneath. as colds it is here it's still the place to be. another nor'easter could be

that is the one that brought us the rain saturday and the gusty winds yesterday. it's far enough away now where we have lost the wind but the cold. we are going to recover nicely. one storm here, another quick southeast. in fact it's kind of cold front that is going to barrel through here tonight and that is going to bring us gusty winds. ahead of the front already gusting this afternoon, southwesterly winds, out ahead of the front, that means milder temperatures by later today in the mid-60s but quickly back behind the front we turn the winds to the west and northwest and that will usher in another cold air mass here that in fact will stay with us through the middle part of the week. titan doppler quiet now but we are going to see a couple of showers. i think by tonight behind the front that will bring us temperatures today in the mid- 60s. we wake up tomorrow in the 40s. unlike today we are going to see very gusty winds tomorrow. in fact we have a gale watch that has been posted for

complete shutdown over the next couple of days. we're thinking beach erosion, that is how strong the winds are going to be. it's not just strong winds but gusty winds. rip currents at the beaches. it's not going to be a beach week for us. no question here. daytime high. that is going to be mild compared to what is coming. with wind tuesday and wednesday highs only in the 50s. overnight lows in the 40s. is this florida? wow, this is incredible stuff. by friday there you go, mid- 60s, that's a little more like it, still staying below normal through the upcoming weekend. let's check on the roads. here's janelle. >> we have this car fire that we're watching on eastbound i-4 in dover around macintosh road. you can see the fire trucks on scene. never saw any flames but it is causing a slight delay with people stopping to take a look or slowing down to look. i did check, still taking 23 minutes to get from tampa up to

6:25. caught on camera -- this terrifying scene on the streets of baltimore yesterday. if you're not near your tv you want to take a look. it's incredible video. a driver trying to get away from guys who are pounding on his van there goes crazy. first he smashes into the car in front of him, then backs up and hits a woman and then slams into a building there before speeding off. >> in your efforts of trying to get away you harm other people and put many other peoples' lives at risk and in danger. we're very fortunate that there weren't more serious injuries but we have a 27-year-old woman who is suffering from some really serious injuries.

orlando redd a short distance away. he's facing multiple charges including assault. this morning we're waiting to learn the identities of three people killed in a fiery crash in san francisco. highway patrol officer tried pulling over the driver of a white chevy who was doing doughnuts in the middle of the street saturday night but the driver took off. that officer chased the car for a short while, then stopped when the driver started to blow through red lights. that white chevy crashed into a taxi, burst into flames. all three people in the chevy died at the scene. the taxi driver is now recovering with minor injuries. good morning. i'm ready for 80s. can we get some? maybe some 70s? at this point we are going to be in the 60s. that is about it. for the morning commute we're in the 40s, very chilly. in fact we've shown you temperatures in the 30s. we have a 7-day forecast surely in the next seven days we'll warm up. or not.

the wind chill but we don't have -- or need the wind chill at this point with the temperature this chilly in the low 40s, 50 in st. pete. across the rest of the tampa bay area though we have 30s, inverness and brooksville low 30s. our usual cold spot but nevertheless still chilly, zephyrhills and lakeland, mid- 30s. this afternoon we'll jump up, mid-60s with partly sunny skies, but a gusty wind will take over by 8:00. that is ahead of the next cold front. we don't have to wait a few days for it. it's coming tonight. then by the time we get into tomorrow we're back into gusty winds and chilly temperatures. so we are locked in here the next few days. we'll try to get milder temperatures by later on. at this point we're hoping for low 70s, our typical high. >> i'll take it. news for drivers in downtown tampa. we were talking about watermain repairs earlier.

overnight. so no delays here but there is a watermain break on ashley drive between madison and kennedy, one southbound lane, the right turn lane is blocked now while they work on the repairs. until wednesday. here's the same area on my map. you can see traffic indicators in the red on ashley heading southbound, so definitely seeing some delays from. you might want to consider taking an alternate, tampa road moving great now if you're trying to get to kennedy. tampa road in the green compared to ashley which is in the red all the way we'll be right back. so expect delays through the tampa area, downtown tampa area. pinellas county southbound u.s. 19 at east closterman, heavy delays here as well. two lanes blocked heading southbound, alt 19 looking better right now.

live look at i-75, selmon expressway overlooking the interstate, all great here, up to speed, just seven minutes from the expressway into downtown. captain al, how's it looking where you are? >> reporter: unparalleled view from a thousand feet over downtown tampa. cold and clear as can be. i can see st. pete clearwater. no problems, 275 and the downtown interchange, headlights southbound, you can see that one lane that will merge into eastbound i-4 but from the right that's westbound i-4 as it merges with southbound 275. as far as i can see all the bridget, i-4 -- all the bridges, i-4 to the selmon, all of them clear. back to you. 6:33. breaking overnight -- a late- night fight at a super bowl party in tampa ends with one man shot in the face. the gunman on the run. abc action news reporter rodney dunigan has been gathering information. joins us live again from 20th street north, do police know

>> reporter: not exactly. investigators say they know he was at this party last night but alcohol was involved and they say the witnesses at the party haven't been forthcoming with any information. investigators say it happened here in the front yard of this home, investigators in fact have been out here most of last night and this morning gathering evidence and speaking with witnesses trying to come one a motive and piece together exactly what happened. this all happened around 12:30 last night from the information detectives had been able to get the victim and shooter got into an argument at the party, things escalated and ended here in the front yard with multiple shots fired. the victims who was hit in the general hospital and the shooter ran from the scene. police say there were only a few people at this party, probably about four or five. so witnesses should be able to shed some sort of light on exactly what happened here. but again they had been pretty tight lipped at this point. witnesses not really talking

sure they have information on the shooter. this victim was shot in the face. at last check in critical condition. we'll continue to follow this story and update you on the possible arrest of that shooter. reporting live, rodney dunigan, abc action news. 6:35. to another urgent search. clearwater police still need your help to help them track down the man caught on surveillance video here. this man accused of attacking a 6-year-old girl in a mall. surveillance cameras captured the suspect outside the restroom of the macy's at countryside mall friday night. that is where officers say that man broke down the door, pushed a child to the ground and tried to cover her mouth. we're told the man ran after that little girl screamed for help. luckily she was not hurt. meanwhile, a $3,000 reward up for grabs if you can help authorities track this man down. his name is j'rokton williams. we are told he tried to run down a pasco county deputy over the weekend. deputies say they were trying

pizza restaurant last saturday night. when williams put his car in reverse and accelerated towards one of the deputies. that deputy is fine but williams sped off. we're told he was driving a car similar to this one, a purple infiniti g37 with florida tag ebkb19. at this hour police in central florida are looking for the gunman that killed two people in the heart of the orlando tourism district. officers say at least three people shot in the packed glitsz ultra lounge early sunday leaving at least a dozen club goers hurt. detectives are reviewing security video from inside the club to try and track down the shooters. this comes after a similar shooting in bay area ended with a man dead. >> we have a unique look at club rain thanks to social media app periscope. trip on lake okochobee yesterday. john russ and his wife diane were last seen in their airboat saturday night. wildlife officials confirmed they recovered a boat but have yet to confirm if it belongs to the couple. 6:41. a scary scene on a london bridge over the weekend >> when a double decker bus explodes. it looks bad but it was for a movie. letters were sent out to locals warning them ahead of time about the explosion sunday morning. >> oh god. >> you heard people saying "oh god." despite the advanced notice a lot of people didn't get the message and of course they panicked. some say they immediately thought of a london bus that was targeted in a real terror attack back in 2005. 6:41. still ahead -- superstar news. in the middle of the super bowl, the halftime show

taken super bowl 50. >> confetti, cheers and of course gatorade bath for the denver broncos, triumphant last night. millions of people watched peyton manning's 200th, possibly final win as the denver broncos beat the carolina panthers. >> final score 24-10. the broncos led the whole game but put it away with this two- point converks after a touchdown. a lot of people this morning are talking about this. they are stunned. the reaction from peyton manning's little brother. eli manning. everybody's cheering but he seems stone-faced. he has a look on his face as if to say "great, now peyton is mom's favorite." poor guy. we just couldn't figure out what exactly his face was saying. the 39-year-old peyton manning hasn't said whether he's going to retire just yet saying he needs time to reflect. many tune in for the commercials. instead of the game.

looking at calm conditions now. that allows temperatures to really fall back. low to mid-30s, lower 40s in tampa. a little milder at st. pete at 51. we have one storm, the one that brought the gusty winds, that is in new england now with a blizzard warning there. we are between systems here so calm today, by this afternoon temperatures recover nicely nice but there's the next front. not looking like much but by the afternoon the winds are going to gust ahead of it and behind it really howling tomorrow as northwesterlies take over and cooling back off again. low to mid-60s. sunshine, a few clouds this afternoon. by tonight despite the fact that temperatures are not going to be as cold as this morning the winds are going to be very gusty, 25 to 30, going to make it feel like it's back in the 30s tomorrow morning. then in the afternoon we don't recover all that much. highs only in the mid-and upper 50s as we head through the afternoon. let's check the 7-day forecast, surely we have to warm up, right? breezy conditions through the middle part of the week.

sun dome. we found out this morning that sold out. on the democratic side hillary clinton is pulling out the stops as she tries to beat bernie sanders in new hampshire. her husband, former president bill clinton stumped for her this weekend. but it is still going to be a tough battle. the senator from vermont has a 23-point advantage going into tomorrow's primary. clinton spent sunday in flint, michigan telling the crowd she will not forget about their children as the town deals with lead contaminated water. she and sanders will debate there next month before the michigan primary. new developments surrounding the chicago police officer that shot and killed a 19-year-old man and accidentally killed that teen's neighbor. a 55-year-old woman last december. officer robert riomo filed a counter lawsuit against the teen's estate for causing him extreme emotional trauma. the suit claims he was hit with a bat and caused him to open fire but the bullet killed his

it's in response to a lawsuit by the teen's family. the family of betty jones is also suing the officer. an attack on a 16-year-old boy with cerebral palsy will make your stomach turn. it will make you sick. that child is kicked in the chest, knocked to the ground at school while students stand around laughing. it all appears it was planned. one student was recording video on friday just as isaiah wooding was turning a corner. that is when another student kicks him in the chest knocking him to the ground. his mom hopes this incident will teach others to be sensitive of those living with a neurological disorder. >> 1350ebg up. you don't have to fit in. you don't have to be like everybody else. if something is going on wrong like you said everybody is responsible. >> the it makes you mad. the school district released a statement over the weekend and says an investigation is underway and some students
