channel 11 -- trend 11 -- live from the station taking action for you, this is abc action news. this morning, a young man struck and killed while riding his bike. the answers loved ones are waiting on. cashing in on cannabis. the jobs that may open in the medical marijuana field and the turning some local people are already doing although it is not legalized. first, breaking news. we're running tonight that the supreme court justice has died. the 79-year-old died in his sleep last night after a day of quail hunting at a ranch.

justice on the supreme court. appointed by president reagan in 1996. we're also following news in hernando county where a brush fire has broken out.>> crews shut down both legs of highway 19 to the citrus county line. it just reopened minutes ago. we are told that the fire stretched 40 acres in a heavily wooded area. it appears no buildings are at risk right now but they have evacuated. tonight, remembering a bicyclist that was killed by a hit-and-run driver. >> it has been two weeks and police are still trying to find the driver involved in the accident and who fled the scene.>> terra -- kira joins us live.

that cyclist was riding along the boulevard when the accident happened. 26th and eighth street when a car hit the backside -- between sixth and eighth street when a car hit the backside here the car is a late-model silver toyota corolla which would have been heavily damaged on the right fender and headlight. but the driver did take off from the scene of the accident and police have not been able to locate that driver ever since the crash first happened. his funeral was held earlier today individual will be underway right here at the crash scene in just about an hour. family and friends pleading that the driver -- anyone who may have information, come forward. reporting live in sarasota, abc action news . developing in hillsboro county, an investigation is underway after a man's body was

waiting to find out who that man is and why he died. deputies received several 911 calls about some type of altercation in a parking lot. and they arrived, they found the victim. there is no information on a suspect or suspects at this time but detectives leave the victim knew the killer or killers. >> we're just conducting interviews and trying to identify the person but we felt strongly that we have strong leads in this.>> we will continue to follow the story and bring you updates on the identity or suspect information. police are looking for the man accused of shooting three students including one from manatee county. they say lamont austell got into a fight over night in daytona beach and started shooting. one of the victims, a football player, died at the hospital. one of the surviving victims was shot in the back and is
