breaking news out of miami right now, there is a garbage truck that's fallen off i-95 on to the road below near little havana. the driver was transported to the hospital and we do know that person is in critical condition. we are zooming in closer where the highway looks like it's closed there in the middle of the screen. hopefully you can see where the truck has fallen off i-95, see that person walking there. apparently that truck went off the side. you can see where the barricade should be. >> appears there's a pool right below that, too. as that chapper is moving a little bit, perhaps we'll get a better vantage point. you can see the tire marks going right over that concrete barrier, which is all broken apart. looks like a building below
