helped her practice and told her what to take from the store. they even taught her how to use one of the brothers is known to the fbi and he was wanted for two violent bank robberies. looking ahead here, we'll have to deal with some rain and florida pattern. >> it will be great. tomorrow morning, we're tracking thunderstorms, a lot of folks waking up tonight about 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m. hearing thunder and lightning, even gusty winds or maybe some severe weather. we have some showers down from rivergate, the radar showing rain across the southern counties. and over the last half hour or so, they are pushing into eastern manatee and hillsborough county. so this is not the main line. the line that we're tracking is right there. you can see the tornado watch
6:18 pm
i seriously doubt we'll have to deal with a watch of any sort. i think that will what happen as this line comes through overnight, it will start to weaken. there's still enough energy for the possibility of some gusty winds or even a brief tornado. there's a tornado warning in effect right now for sections of alabama. this main energy won't be an issue for us at all, just a very slight chance of a quick little tornado offshore, maybe moving on shore. i think the chances are probably less than 5%. temperatures are warm, humidities are high, and there's energy out there. then you get a little twisting in the atmosphere as the winds go up, then you're talking about the possibility of gusty winds, maybe a bit of rotation and pretty decent rain. but we'll time this out nicely because most of this is going on while you're sleeping. outside of maybe waking up for
6:19 pm
outside, i think it will be nice. today we hit 74, which is above normal. that's a change as of late and everyone with the cloud cover we warmed into the 70s. we'll stay in the 70s because this cold front is not nearly as cold for us as what's going on up north. the moisture is obviously returning quickly and as this front comes through, it will push that out of the way into tomorrow afternoon. this evening as we said, there are a few showers across the interior counties, most of them not an issue, certainly nothing severe, no thunder or lightning. by the time we hit midnight or 1:00 a.m., all of a sudden the northern counties will start seeing the rain. about 3:00 a.m., i think it's going to be pulling into the metro area, pinellas, hillsborough and polk county. you don't see the widespread weather but there could be gusty winds, especially closer
6:20 pm
move on shore. by 6:00, 7:00, they are pretty much out of here. by the afternoon, we're beautiful, mostly sunny, then the rest of the week looks picture perfect with temperatures above normal and afternoon highs in the low to mid-70s. overall rainfall won't be all that heavy because it's not going to rain that long. these will come in quickly, exit just as quickly and that means while you may see heavy downpours for a half hour, 45 minutes, that's about it. seven-day forecast, it's very nice. as we said, that rain chance tomorrow morning, probably 60%, will be before sunrise. wednesday, thursday and more importantly into the weekend, highs in the low to mid-70s with morning lows in the 50s with sunny skies on through the early part of next week. one major distraction
6:21 pm
lightning captain steven stamkos will be with the team for least the rest of this season. he won't be traded before the deadline, the 29th of this month. and the gm said it was the team's hope to reach an agreement with steven at some point. right now they are certainly betting on that. 27 games remaining in the season, the entire organization, steven included, wants to focus on making the playoffs. smart call. and from here on out the negotiations will be made private. bottom line, they want the bolts to focus on the game, start playing hockey, and make the playoffs. >> you know, i think we just
6:22 pm
least good enough to push this game to overtime but it wasn't. >> i don't want to sound like a whiner but i can't let this go. they got the shaft last night from the replay official in toronto, and it cost the lightning at least one point in the standings. this call coming up here shouldn't have counted. i would like to know specifically where in this video evidence did he not go into a backside kicking motion when he slowed down. that is not a redirect. that is plain as day here on the tape. but because it was not done with the inside kicking motion, i guess the toronto replay guy reversed the call. i don't see it. i don't know if you do, but it cost the bolts a shot in overtime. and you can see what three losses in four games does to
