michael paluska, abc action news. a west palm beach man facing charges for practicing medicine without a license. in an undercover the want to be doctor offered a physical and then busted. the teen has a web site for his medical center. updating a 7 year manhunt in polk county. deputies saying that guzman is in custody. he got a 12-year-old pregnant and ran off. but recently he slipped up applying for a visa. when he did deputies arrested guzman crossing the border into the united states. a cape coral man trying to ex tort nude photos from young girls is due in a polk county courtroom. 25-year-old lucas bails booked on 21 charges.

for our area was to the east and south and that left cooler and dryer air which is why the afternoon turned out to be beautiful and temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s and waking up to the same. anywhere from the upper 40s to low 50s. temperatures will steady out over the next few hours and then tomorrow we get reinforcing shot of cooler air and another week comes through and dry and i do think that will keep us a little cooler by tomorrow night. outside right now, 56 in tampa and 57 in clear water and st. pete up to 60s and skies are clear and the satellite picture we had the rain and it cleared out this morning. i know a lot of you slept through it. and i also know a lot of folks woke up from all of the thunder and the lightning about two or three o'clock. but when we woke up it was gone. when you get rain in florida after a dry stretch, that moisture will go somewhere and

we get fog and tomorrow morning we will see that especially interior counties and a chance of dense fog. i will be here first in the morning to let you know of delays but it will burn off quickly by 8 or 9:00 and things winding down, east of i-75 and as i said a reinforcing shot of cooler, dryer air tomorrow. and tomorrow night. satellite picture as we said skies are clear and right on through the overnight you can see why there will be fog out there. i think more interior than coastal areas. and it is long gone by 9:30 or 10:00 and the rest of the day or week looks good. this is a very good seven-day forecast. make your plans now and you got the daytona 500 this week and the weather should be great in daytona and things should be picture perfect and not just locally but across the entire state through the early part of next week. in fact at this point i don't see any rain chances until maybe next tuesday.

going to be a little bit below normal. upper 60s to 70s but i think we can handle this compared to what we have of late and later on in the week the upper 60s to low 70s will be replaced by mid- 70s and tomorrow east of i-75, you will see temperatures in the 70ss and closer to the beach with the water temperatures in the 50s and cooler. by the way talking about cold air, warming up nicely across the northeast after wind chills, 50s and 60s below last week and temperatures have warmed up in the 30s and 40s and getting a break until another storm develops by early next week. for the boaters winds at ten knots and water temperatures at 56 degrees.
