in a gruesome way. police found this tampa fugitive by chance. an officer pulled over the car he was in. kelly lied about who he was and tried to use his younger brothers identity. then he tried to bite the skin off his fingers so nobody could get his finger prints. biting off those prints got him another charge for tampering with evidence. police in ohio figured out who he was and that he sold guns a number of which may have been linked to 15 murders in the tampa area. >> it's shocking and it explains why he would chew off his finger prints. >> police do not know what he
