she faces several charges. he had just finished his first night of delivering pizza for domino's, leaves behind a 2- year-old. his mother wants justice, she says. >> she ran from the cops before and didn't get away. now she was running again. and she killed someone and said she showed no remorse. no remorse. >> she's scheduled for trial in april on charges of fleeing and driving with a revoked license stemming from an incident in november. she's in jail on no bond now. to an abc action news update. we "the now" the identity of a boater killed when his boat flipped over in hillsborough county. it happened on a small plant in plant city near turkey creek road. police say 21-year-old jose bravo tried to swim to shore but didn't make it. the other boater, antonio lopez wasn't hurt. flames tear through a

county. brian derry road is closed now at u.s. 19 because of a deadly overpass. police say a car collided with an overpass support pillar and burst into flames. our crews say they expect the road to remain closed for several hours now. an inspector will be arriving on scene shortly to check the overpass for possible structural damage.

workaround and we'll get to her in a few minutes. we're learning more about a rookie police officer killed in virginia during her first full day on the job. officer ashley guindon graduated from emery riddle university in daytona beach. she had just been sworn in friday. she was responding to reports of domestic incident saturday night when she was shot ronald hamilton is being questioned now. his wife was already dead they say when officers arrived. one of ashley's former professors said he read about her death on-line. >> i saw it was ashley. saw her picture and her name and i immediately recognized her as one of my students. and, i -- it took the wind right out of me. >> army staff sergeant ronald hamilton is a pentagon employee, he's now being held in jail without bond.

the time of the shootings and now being cared for by relatives. three middle schoolers in florida are facing felony charges, accused of spiking their teacher's drink. the 12-year-old girls from deltona are now in juvenile detention. investigators say tuesday two of them poured crushed red pepper flakes into their teacher's drink while a third girl distracted the teacher. the 52-year-old took a sip, started to choke and have trouble breathing. some people say the girls are now getting what they deserve. >> they got to be held responsible for they're actions or they are never going to stop. >> one of the girls told investigators they had originally planned to vandalize the teacher's car with paint. all three are now charged with poisoning and tampering. a pasco county boy battling a serious heart disorder checked one more thing off his bucket list this weekend. his community came together to make it happen. eric pyburn from land o' lakes is in need of a heart and lung

futurecast and see monday not much going on. just a light flow from the east, that will allow that sea breeze to kick in. on tuesday we'll track our next front, falling apart by the time it gets here and not expecting much in the way of rain with it. most of that stays to the north and east. certainly not severe weather or thunderstorms, just a few showers as it rolls through, through the middle part of the day wednesday but what it will do is bring us drier air, not so much cooler air as the air mass behind it is not that cold but it will lower our humidity and so that will make it feel comfortable as we head through the latter part of the week as well. for now temperatures climbing there in the mid-70s. again right along the beaches you'll see that green hue. that's indicative of some cooler temperatures because of the breeze coming off the water. the natural air conditioning there. mid and upper 50s as we head through tonight. dew points will be close to that as well. we'll have patchy fog. that will be the main deal tomorrow on tuesday's fog in the morning and then we'll clear out.
