authorities say douglas ellington drove through the gates and set a car on fire this morning. both facilities were evacuated but nothing was found. starting tomorrow, law enforcement agencies around the bay area are looking out for drivers not wearing their seat belts. the click it or ticket campaign runs through march 14th. national stats show more than half young adults involved in deadly car crashed were not wearing their seat belts. we mentioned a couple minutes ago there's a brush fire in volusia county. i suspect this is a controlled burn and it's winding down, but
