the caption claims the dog was being disciplined. the person claims the tape was stretchable and allowed it to come on and off without injuring the dog. this morning police and animal control officers are trying to determine if charges though should be filed. volusia county deputies are searching for the heartless thief that grabbed a box full of cash from 12-year-old girl scouts. this image is of the suspect outside of a walmart in daytona. officers say he hopped into a waiting car. detectives are not saying how much money he took off with. whole foods is recalling a brand of bleu cheese over concerns of listeria contamination. tests show presence of listeria in may tag raw milk bleu cheese. the company suspended production while determining the source of the contamination. listeria can cause people to get so sick they have to be hospitalized.

publishing a sex tape of him. the new york-based media giant could go bankrupt if it loses. yesterday the pinellas county court narrowed the pool down to a 106 prospective jurors. we'll keep you posted on the case as it unfolds. ivan with the forecast. >> much warmer this morning, in fact i want to show you this because we're running 10 to 20 degrees above where we were this time yesterday. that will put us in the 50s and 60s. yesterday we were in the 40s. all of us warmer. why? we have a southwest wind that is coming in out ahead of a front that will eventually get us with low clouds and a few sprinkles this morning. but as we head through the afternoon we'll begin to see things improving. look at the temperatures, not only are we in the 60s but it feels more humid because it is. higher dew points. so we have a little more moisture to work with and some clouds today. that will be the story, then a few patchy light showers coming in. high clouds rolling from the

here we're waiting for. that will continue to slide further south and east. throughout the day today we'll see partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies and just a few light sprinkles. you're probably ok if you want to leave the umbrella home. probably not going to get too wet here. this front is falling apart, at least the tail end, that energy going to the north. the same one that brought the severe weather yesterday to the southeast. here are the winds, with the arrows pointing up. that is a southerly wind component, that what is is bringing us the warmer and more humid conditions. watch what happens as the front come in, winds go west and eventually northwest. we do clear out as we head through tonight. drier air coming in, allowing for temperatures to fall back a little more. so we'll get rid of the 60s. this is a one morning deal, humid and mild, tomorrow morning we'll be much drier, low humidity and also cooler, another boundary moving through friday, also weaker. then the weekend looks fantastic with highs back in the 70s. we won't get rid of that, the

>> reporter: greg, senior petroleum analyst with gasbuddy.com says gas prices are up 8 cents a gallon this week and will continue to rise. >>i think conservatively we can expect to see prices peak between $2.25 and $2.40 a gallon. >> reporter: he says it's simple, refineries are transitioning from their winter to their summer blend so that we're using cleaner burning gasoline in order to cut back on smog and pollution. that plus crude oil prices are going up and so will the price you're paying to fill up. >> certainly if we go considerably higher, $2.25 or about that. the good news is, we're still well below that $3 gas price long time. >> reporter: chris thompson budgeted before and he'll do it gallon. >> now it's like you can go anywhere because it's only a dollar -- what, $1.65 a gallon. so you can't beat that.
