side because of what the protesters are doing and a lot of people have voted in those big states in florida because of early voting nearly 1 million republicans have cast their vote. in ohio they have been voting since the middle of february. but in the long run, this can hurt trump. he needs to unit republicans and if he is to get the republican nomination, he needs to unit this country. this is not going into this direction. >> thank you. now to the democrats hillary clinton trying to take a big step toward sealing up the nomination with wins on tuesday. bernie sanders facing an uphill battle. and poll showing clinton leading in all five states. the two taking the stage far town hall in ohio tonight. abc mary bruce on the campaign trail. >> reporter: tonight bernie sanders is crying foul as

the blast you see it right there reportedly from a car bomb near a bus stop in the capitol. nearby. and al qaeda claiming assault. gunmen targeting three hotels. resort. >> reporter: a bloody sunday on two continents. in turkey's capitol emergency explosion ripped through an area next to a bus stop and government building. debris and bombed out cars the dead and wounded carried away. more than 30 people killed according to the authorities. the u.s. state department had warned of a potential attack. it was the fourth to hit turkey in just six months which had been blamed on turkey's two main enemies the kurds and isis. it came just after news from west africa that armed attackers that stormed a beach resort.

said they shouted god is great. they quickly surrounded the area and evacuated the wounded to safety. the government said 16 people were killed in addition to six attackers who were believed to be from the al qaeda affiliate in africa after they claimed responsibility. it's the third time they have struck in the past four months after carrying out deadly attacks on hotels in two nearby countries. mali and berkina. these terror attacks are growing whether it's turkey, west africa or in europe. the question about the next attack is not about if but when. dangerous weather across much of the country. five million people facing a severe weather threat tonight that could include tornadoes. massive destruction of historic flooding in the south. >> reporter: tonight

communities across the south working to hold back the swollen rivers. in this covington, louisiana neighborhood families that were rescued by boat this weekend returning home today to see the damage. we were with the engelheart family when they were rescued. their home was spared but right down the street amy's house was one of 5,000 across louisiana damaged by flooding. >> our house was surround the. by the time we got out the front and the back met. and we knew it was over. >> reporter: roadways in the community under water. debris even a flaming propane tank floating among the submerged homes. and new worries. dangerous mold. the damaged base boards and saturated dry wall coming out. >> my son and i have really bad allergies so getting the mold in here will be our biggest
