there are showers 33 miles west of hernando county. these are moving slowly to the east. most will fizzle out by the time they move inland but there's still a slight chance of showers across the northern counties this evening. otherwise tomorrow i think very reminiscent of what we had today but not as much fog. i think we will see noticeably clearer conditions first thing tomorrow morning. temperatures now from the mid 70s in pinellas and up north and mid 80s in polk, hardy and de-soto. topped out at 87 in bar toe. 82 in tampa and 73 the afternoon high in brooksville. outside now from tampa to clearwater to saint pete staying in the 70s. the cooling affects of the water whether it's the bay or gulf, water temperatures in the low 70s.

which is what's going on in the central counties. tomorrow more of the same even though we see this impressive area of rain to our north. here's what's going on. there's a frontal boundary. it's going to linger over the next couple of days. eventually swinging through on sunday but because it's so close, little pieces of energy riding along the front and along that we will see a few areas of rain popping up. timing it out i'll tell you this now -- it's a bear to forecast this. so starting friday night through sunday morning you can't rule out the chance of a shower. friday is mostly dry. friday evening is mostly dry. by saturday morning we see that energy coming through and i think the best chance right now and this could change -- but right now leaning mid afternoon saturday to late evening on saturday night. that's when i think most of the

morning this is out of here and the second half of sunday looks good. so in terms of overall rain through saturday morning, not too much but then saturday afternoon through sunday morning the rains come in and it won't be a huge deal but it's something we have to keep eyes on. we're updating it tonight and right on through the weekend. highs closer to the beach in the upper 70s but you go inland and closer to # 90 degrees. this is a look at florida's accurate 67-day. saturday is the best chance of rain mid afternoon through mid evening. sunday morning could be rain early and we clear out and cool off dramatically with highs in the 60s on monday. the eastern conference play off race.
