tampa police. let's have an update to breaking news. polk county authorities need your help to track down the man toddler inside. here are two grainy surveillance photos. deputies say a woman watching a friend's 2-year-old left the boy alone in a car outside of a pharmacy in mulberry with the keys in the ignition. away. the boy was inside. he wasn't hurt. if you recognize this man, call the sheriff's office. a sarasota firefighter is facing charges for sexing with an underage girl. >> a neighbor was horrified to find out that the crimes that aaron keye is accused of committing. >> reporter: karen is a nine- aaron is a nine-year veteran who was arrested after

17-year-old to send him numerous provocative nude photos. >> horrible. it's absolutely horrible. i guess it just goes to show you never know what your neighbors are doing. >> reporter: kathy lives a few houses down from keye. she didn't know him very well. according to the arrest report, the victim told him she was under age, but the texting never stopped. the report says keye even made multiple attempts for him to visit him at fire station number 6 while he was on duty. >> if you are more interested in texting and sexting and not taking care of people's homes or whatever, that would be horrible. it would be horrible. keye would not answer the door for comment, and according to the warrant, the last text message was sent january 16 after he asked her for a full body nude. a few weeks later, the victim's mother gave investigators access to the cell phone and found eight nude pics of her daughter she sent to keye. >> take advantage. they totally take advantage.

on the democratic side, bernie sanders is conceding to missouri and prefers to save taxpayers money by not challenging the results. clinton won by just 1,531 votes. despite losing five states to clinton, sanders maintains he has a path toward victory and rejects that she has all of the party's nominations. he said clinton's lead is not insurmountable and he'll do better in future primaries. the state of florida has a budget for 2016. governor rick scott signed the $le 2 billion budget yesterday. he canceled money for roads, cultural projects, help carry the other programs. it's half of what he eliminated from last year's budget.

this morning, a pinellas county person is under investigation for a. queuesed of selling fake cruises. >> cameron polom found out she swindled from long time clients. >> she was as sweet as can be and could get us on-board credit and a phone call from mickey mouse when we got on board. >> reporter: it was supposed to be the disney cruise sherry waited for. unfortunately, every promise made by this woman, detectives say, was a complete lay. >> out $5700. we're not rich people. you know, we saved for this, and it was a bucket list item. >> reporter: for months, she was led to believe that she

when the day rolled around, bender was nowhere to be found. >> reporter: investigators say bender not only took her money for a cruise she didn't book but created fake documents to throw victims off her scent. >> we bragged to our friends and everything. now i feel embarrassed. >> reporter: pamela larsen had known bender for 20 years and booked cruises with her before, so when she took her for $3700 as well, she was shocked, to say the least. >> we finally kept calling her and saying, we need these vouchers. >> reporter: the ones delivered, like phillips' tickets were fake. we reached out to cruise one but did not receive a response. we have learned that bender has since been let go. at this point, neither victim is expected to get their money back. even worse, detectives don't believe they arthe last ones to come forward.

and construction started yesterday on a 500 foot section of a highway that collapsed during the slide more than night. since the initial collapse, crews tried to figure out how to rebuild it without making the situation worse. it's expected to take at least eight to ten weeks before the highway reopensp. we check in now with ivan for a look at what we can expect locally. >> we've been pretty dry the last week and warm and getting into spring. by the way, first day of spring on sunday will not feel like spring. in fact, we're going right into winter here, so get ready for the seven-day. visibility looks good. i think we'll have a few areas of patchy fog but not the situation we had the last couple of days. much better on friday morning. doppler radar is seeing a few showers continuing off shore. this is that boundary we've been talking about. most of the showers are falling apart, by the way, but

nature coast is game for 20% track of showers. then we'll track the front the next few days. we'll be behind it eventual by, but until that happens, we're on the softer side of it, which means unsettled weather and moisture coming in. the heaviest of the rains will be not today but heading into tomorrow being between 11:00 and 5:00. that'll be the period of the heaviest rainfall as it moves through a good line coming in here. not just showers but thunderstorms as well. we'll let you keep posted here. then the second round, the final round comes in late saturday night into the very early part of sunday with lingering showers. then we do get into the backside of this front with drier, much cooler temperatures. so let's plan this out for you. friday we're good again. 20% coverage up to the north and here comes that line of heavy showers and storms saturday through saturday evening and a few showers through the overnight and into

an incredible story out of iowa where a newspaper deliveryman on his morning route made a stunning discovery. he found a satin and lice wedding gown in a pile of storm debris. he turned it in to police. officers say a tornado that hit rapid city, illinois on wednesday night, blew that dress across the mississippi river into iowa. late last night, they found the dress' owner and she is thrilled to have it back. the nhl playoffs begin in a month but the lightning is not ready this time. the bolts lost for the fifth time in the sixth last games. that was last night in dallas. tom toren has the low lights in the morning sports. >> reporter: good morning, everybody. with florida, pittsburgh and detroit all winning last night, the bolts needed a win of their own up on the board. unfortunately that never happened.
