spice overdoses. the timing especially concerning for presidents. a devastating crash leaves three young men dead and one in the hospital. >> it happened near university park way in sarasota. police are saying this is one of the most horrific crashes they have ever seen. we are live at the crash site. >> reporter: this is one of the worst crashes as you just mentioned, that police say they have ever seen. you can see the deep tire tracks that lead up to the tree there with the marks on it there's glass at the bottom and three men are dead. only one person made it out alive. thomas bentley turned 21 today and will spend his birthday in a hospital room.

this was a double 21st birthday celebration gone wrong. this group of 21-year olds were leaving a party and crashed on their way home. it happened after 3:00 a.m. as they were heading down university park way way too fast and lost control. they hit several trees tearing the car in half. >> there's a lot of unanswered questions. >> reporter: police say westerly mc hurley was driving and had just turned 21. his family was too much in shock. he loved musics can the drums were his life. dean, another talented musician was also killed. people on social media showing an outpouring of support. there's support for the survivor thomas bentley. he posted today about his

quinn taylor knows he's lucky to be alive. a friend introduces him to spice and he calls it the worst experience of his life. >> to be honest, i almost died here at vinny's as soon as i did, i knew i didn't need to be smoking this anymore. >> reporter: drug dealers are targeting the homeless. these are three near lifeless people high here in unity park. 30 medical calls in the past few days for spice overdoses. >> it's called the one hit and quit on the streets. >> reporter: these officers doing everything they can to get people to stop using spice. >> they are getting the word out. >> reporter: officers are handing out brochures and the chance for drug rehab.

advisory. bring the pets and plants in. again, i think some of the temperatures will be mainly in the upper 30s and slight chance around there and also to the north and inland citrus county you can see upper 30s. 65 in inverness and floirl city at 64. we have been talking about winds today and it's the winds that have been making it feel so much cooler out there, especially with wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour. right now the sustained winds are 10-17 miles per hour in tampa now. all of them coming from the north to north west and that's where the cooler, dry air is coming in so the humidity levels have come down a bit. with all that wind that's much more noticeable than any relief from the humidity. take a look at the live radar now scanning the skies not picking up any rain. we have had brilliant sunshine all day long.

i don't think we are getting rain. probably just bad da tay coming in. you can see how clear we are. if we had clouds overnight it would keep us more mild. but barely a cloud in site. the clouds are the white and gray tones on the east coast of florida but nothing through tomorrow morning from the cloud cover. so the temperatures is falling with the northerlily flow bringing in cooler, drier air. no rain for now. but talk about a chilly night ahead. most of the temperatures will be in the 40s. this is our next front and it approaches on friday. and it just sits on top of us for days. it lingers through sunday until another front starts to approach and tries to push it out of our area early next week. so our rain chances start to go up as we head into the late part
