breaking news overseas. what appears to be another deadly terror attack in europe. two explosions ripped through the departure area of brussels airport this morning, during rush hour as hundreds of passengers were trying to check in. we can confirm at least one person dead, dozens more injured. those numbers may rise. in response belgium raised its terror alert to the maximum level. all flights into brussels are cancelled, explosions occurring just days after the prime suspect in the paris attacks, saleh abdelslam, was arrested in brussels. expecting official -- we're going to have a conference at 5:00 this morning. and they will tell us more. i'm dan shaffer on this tuesday. >> i'm sarah rosario.

last night it won approval from the cuban government to start sailing to the island nation biweekly beginning in may. fares start at 1,800. ports of call include havana and santiago de cuba. tamp police are releasing a dash cam officer swoichg in time to avoid a wrong way driver. this happened near fowler. 34-year-old aja cancella was arrested for dui. officers say they caught her trying to exit the wrong way on busch boulevard but she's telling us tampa police got the wrong driver and is now hiring an attorney to help her fight. this morning a 12-year-old seminole county girl is charged with battery for pinching another student. brianna ebens said she thought it was a joke to pimpling the

the planned court hearing over apple's refusal to unlock an i-phone will not happen today. federal prosecutors in los angeles cancelling the hearing after a third party came forward to show the fbi a possible method for unlocking the phone. agents wanted to learn the data stored on the i-phone used by one of the san bernardino attackers. if the method works it would assistance. the company has fought a court order saying the government's demand to create a back door to retrieve the data on the locked phone would make other i-phones vulnerable to hackers. >> if you own a kindle purchased between 2017 and 2012 as of today you may not be able to access e-books without a software update. the problem is the update can be difficult to install. the new one allows old kindles to continue to download books and access through the kindle store but the automatic update is available in the sync and check for items section of the menus, can be installed with wi- fi.

deadly explosions at the brussels international airport and now the subway shut down after an explosion at a metro station. in the last few minutes new reports coming in, of at least another two explosions at other metro stations in brussels. at least one death reported. dozens more injured in the blasts at the airport. reports of several injured in the explosion at the metro. right now the terror alert in belgium raised to its highest level this morning. news conference getting underway in a few minutes as authorities try to find out who or what may have caused these incidents. we'll be monitoring that for new information but at this time it looks like coordinated attacks in the city of brussels. this all comes on the heels of an arrest from the lone surviving terrorist of the paris attacks just this weekend. officials say saleh abdelslam
