taking to get across the bridges. this is how long it's supposed to take without any traffic. so you can see how the morning pushes on. how the numbers increase. right now it's taking eight minutes to cross the courtney campbell, 6 on the howard frankland and just eight minutes to cross the gandy bridge. time now 5:32. right now belgium paralyzed with fear, clock ticking past the 24-hour mark since the deadly terror attacks yesterday as the search continues for suspects. >> as we speak, ongoing raids continue across that country. right now there is an international manhunt for a man who authorities have now identified as a suspect in the airport attack, investigators say he and two others brought bombs into the brussels airport yesterday during rush hour and detonated them. >> an hour after the airport explosion seven miles away another suicide bomb goes off at a subway station near the offices at the european union. at least 34 people killed in total, 200 injured in the attacks.

surveillance video from the airport, two men you see on the left there have been identified, officials say those two wearing black and black gloves are brothers, khalid and brahim, presumed to have died in the attacks. officials believe their gloves were used to hide the detonating device. the third man wearing the light jacket and hat you'll see here in a moment, is still at large. as we mentioned moments ago raids underway now in brussels. >> authorities say in a home they found chemicals and isis flag, even a bomb that contained nails and other things. that kind of device was likely used in yesterday's attack. a hospital released this x-ray, you may have seen this on social media yesterday. it shows a large nail or screw lodged into a victim's chest. it appears to have punctured that person's lung causing it to partially collapse. right now at&t is making it easier for anyone who has friends and family in brussels to get in touch with them. the company will either waive

text messages to belgium between now and next monday. this includes cell phones and land lines. one of the last flights out of brussels just before the attack, landed at the orlando sanford airport. officers met the flight on the runway and immediately boarded the plane for security sweep before anyone was allowed off. the plane was kept away from the main building so police could search for weapons. it was not until after the flight landed in the united states that passengers learned of the attacks. right now the threat level in belgium remains at its highest level. state department warning americans against traveling to europe saying terrorists are planning near term attacks now. >> along with the warning security at airports across the world including in florida are amped up. abc action news reporter rodney dunigan is live at tampa international and rodry, travel thrers definitely seeing a -- travelers definitely seeing a difference. >> reporter: that's right. they will notice three things off the bat. something we notice when we walked in this morning.

travelers will also notice they will see more tsa agents at the gates and even more police k-9s walking around the property. this is in an effort not only to keep passengers safe but also to keep their minds at ease. as you know after yesterday's attack airline travelers have no doubt been on edge and for good reason. so far no flight at tampa international have been affected by this. the airport doesn't have direct flights to brussels. however, airport officials say daily announcements warn airline passengers to be aware of anything suspicious and report it. that includes bags or items left unattended. back here live this morning, of course with extra emphasis on security airline officials also warning folks to get here early, about an hour and-a-half to two hours before that flight to make sure they get through security. coming up this morning at 6:30, we'll be speaking with a number of passengers about their thoughts on what happened in brussels as well as the stepped up security here at tampa international. reporting live at tampa enter

coming up at 5:36 -- turning to breaking news in the race for the white house. votes still being counted but seems to be a pretty good day sanders. the vermont senator winning two of the three states holding democratic primaries or caucuses yesterday. and utah. sanders. hillary clinton taking arizona. side. day. primary. presidential caucus that is, by the vote. he also gets all of utah's 40 delegates. adopted donald won the primary in arizona taking 58 delegates. but the cruz victory could hurt trump as he looks to win the republican nomination. let's look at the updated delegate totals now. totals for donald trump, 739. cruz comes in, in second place

she wanted to see for herself how their efforts will help prevent flooding and try to make sure things get better next time. the county removed vegetation that blocked water from flowing easily and dropped a structure so there is more water going through. and it won't back up. some homeowners didn't have those issues while others did. commissioner starkey says the county has spent millions of dollars on several projects. this morning president obama is in argentina where in just a few hours he'll meet with recently inaugurated president ma president. the visit to havana continues to be controversial along the cuban community here. many cuban exiles living with true freedom in the u.s. insist not much has changed in the communist nation since president obama opened diplomatic tie was cuba in 2014.

5:44. nine months after sandra bland's death in texas the former trooper who stopped her car leading to her arrest is still denying wrongdoing. brian insinnia pleaded not charge yesterday in texas. a grand jury indicted him in january claiming he lied about what led her to get out of her car in july.

of what happened and what the dash cam video reveals. if convicted he will face up to a year in jail and $4,000 fine. bland was found hanging in her jail cell three days after her arrest. her death ruled a suicide. this morning we're learning a bill that would have required transgender students to use bathrooms that match their sex at birth failed in tennessee. the bill died in a house committee meeting yesterday. transgender students who testified in front of committee members said sharing their personal stories seemed to have made a difference. the federal government wants to make sure the tuna you're eating is dolphin-safe. the u.s. was about to face sanctions for discriminating against mexico by using stricter label standards for tuna that is caught in mexican waters, than elsewhere in the world. in response the u.s. will use the stricter standards around the world, across the board. dolphin-save labels informs you whether canned, dry or frozen tuna was caught without endangering dolphins.

pennsylvania caught on camera. two pittsburgh boys badly burned after playing with a gas can. a neighbor's surveillance camera capturing this video of one of the boys engulfed in flames. one neighbor says a third kid not injured says the two injured boys were trying to make a molotov cocktail when the can of gas exploded. the man who caught it on camera was shocked to learn the fireball he was seeing was a boy. the 13-year-old suffered second degree and third degree burns all over his body. the 7-year-old suffered second degree burns and they are recovering in a pittsburgh hospital. an update on the man who got a fist fight with the easter bunny. in a new jersey shopping mall. on camera. both men are charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. police say they fought sunday when a toddler fell off a chair while getting her picture taken with the easter bunny. that little girl's dad is accused of attacking the bunny. the mother says he was

if you see the hashtag man in tree on twitter and facebook it's because of a man in a tree, at the top in seattle. this morning police are still trying to get him down from the 80-foot-tall tree that macy's uses for christmastime. the man climbed up yesterday causing major traffic problems downtown. still not sure why he is up there but he's been throwing apples and branches at the people trying to get him down. ivan, you have any idea what this is about? >> no. i'm surprised that it's not happening closer to home here but i tell you what, california has bears in trees, maybe they are starting a trend up in seattle. only that won't catch here. 50s now and low 60s later this afternoon. sometimes of course our iguanas fall out of the trees. it was cold enough for that yesterday across citrus and hernando counties. not so much this morning. we've gotten rid of the 30s and now we're in the 40s. an improvement but it's the first week of spring, we

are but we're going to lose all these numbers here. by the time we get to tomorrow in the 60s and actually heading into friday and into the weekend, not only, we going to warm up but the overnight temperatures are going to be in the low 70s. we're going to have high dew points and get back to where we were. we're going to preview summer temperatures. unfortunately it's going to come with some rainfall. let's break out the forecast for today. hour by hour here, we'll get rid of the 60s even, i think we'll hit upper sents -- 70s to around 80. it's going to be comfortable at lunchtime. the issue is, with that southeast flow we're going to continue to increase moisture so that by tomorrow not only is it more humid but enough moisture i think to trigger a couple afternoon showers. not really a big deal on thursday but watch what happens friday and heading into the weekend. that is when our front comes in. it's not going to make a clean pass. in fact it's going to stall likely a little further north. so that is going to keep the rain chances at about 50%. there could be a few

going to be shower activity as we head through both weekend days. keep it in mind. and this includes easter sunday. so if you have plans as a lot of us do there just keep in mind not going to be a complete rainout here but 50/50 coverage through the weekend. in fact this front lingers, it's stubborn, hangs out through early monday. we'll continue with showers at that point there and then we'll begin to clear out. i am off friday, and monday so of course, it will rain when i take my pto but that is ok, we'll figure something out. >> enjoy your vacation. a lot of people are on vacation, that may be why traffic is still light. no crashes or breakdowns to tell but. this is i-4 around i-75 just east of i-75, both 75 and i-4 traveling nicely this morning. we're going to take a virtual drive from the apex on 275 to downtown tampa. all traffic indicators in the green.

5:54. detroit, michigan now offering two years of free tuition at a community college to all of the city's future high school graduates. the city created a permanent fund called the detroit promise to pay for the program. it will be partially funded by the city's property taxes. city officials hoping this makes more people decide to relocate to detroit. the mayor says he has high hopes for the program. >> this he is what we need to do more of, we're going to build from leer to the point
