very high rainfall totals. temperatures upper september, about where we're going to stay. don't expect much of a drop or a rise through the overnight. 78 right now at tampa. skies are partly cloudy but there's rain on the horizon. it's going to be roij shortly. nothing particularly heavy at this point but the problem is you've already got a saturated ground. let's go through the overnight into tomorrow morning. as you can see right there, through 11:00, you've got a solid line of rain rolling in about 5:00, 6:00 in the morning. none of this is particular heavy in terms of the severe threat, but again that's a relative thing. we're not talking about gusty winds but some heavy rain, he is special across our northern

11:21 pm
that trend continues. but then look at the middle afternoon into the evening hours. it's still august. so regardless, even if you don't have an area of low pressure in the gulf you've still got plenty of moisture and a good chance of storms. so the way you play the next couple of days as this low pulls away, rain heavy at times. by the middle of the week it pulls away and conditions begin to improve. by later this week it's back to normal thursday through saturday which august is the rainiest month of the year so we're regardless. we're just not going to see the soaking rains, at least not through thursday or friday. but through wednesday, we are. still another three, maybe four inches of rain along the coast. temperatures for highs, we're only going to see the mid-80s because we will have the clouds in the morning and the rain will continue into the afternoon. for the boaters look for winds out of the southwest to south,
