now an arkansas man is facing multiple charges. park security picked kevin webb to go through metal detectors. he has not been a police officer in three years. the arkansas police department actually fired him in 2013 for dishonesty. they claim to be a rescue organization. but investigators say the owners of a polk county farm are actually hoarders. the sheriff says they had more than feeding them to survive. ryan iche isli outside of the home. and they just walked right past you, right. >> reporter: we're standing under this sally port when the owners of this ranchwere brought in in handcuffs to this booking facility. the husband actually stopped for a minute and gave his side of the story, telling us that they were taking care of the issues. investigators say the undercover video that you're about to see shows otherwise.
