recommending ryan lochte and jimmy fie again be indicted. they say there was no robbery and instead say the four swimmers made up the story to hide the fact they vandalized a restroom. a person approaches the cab telling them they cannot leave. then security guards say to get out of the car. it's after that the stories differ. the swimmers claim they were robbed at gunpoint. but authorities say they forced the mn from the taxi but allowed them to pay for damages and then leave. the swimmers say they were not allowed to leave until they paid hundreds of dollars. lochte likely will not be extradited but james feigen could be used as bait. but he believes this will end di promatically.

nothing that's going to cause you problems by the time you're getting up tomorrow morning. temperatures across the area in the low 80s. 81 in tampa. 82 in clearwater. st. pete 80 degrees. mixed skies out there. trying to clear out overnight. and winds from the northeast at about five to ten. all of this similar to what you'll be waking up to tomorrow morning. no big changes just is the -- just the temperatures five degrees lower. let's look at th future cast is now picking up that bit of rain that we were seeing in our southern counties. out of here overnight and tomorrow morning around 8:00 getting ready to hit the road for your morning commute. all of our roads and bridges dry. when we get to around 2:00 to 4:00 we'll see the showers and storms bubbling up. by 11:00 tomorrow night we'll have a few lingering showers

out there. let's talk about the tropics. one of our rings is off. not sure how that happened. but it should be right over this batch of storms that's coming off the coast of africa. up to a 40% chance of development. and we expected that that was going to happen. that the chances were going to go up as it continues to work its way to the west in the days ahead. there's a chance it could be bringing some heavier rainfall to some of the and we want to keep an eye on that. if you're planning a trip in that area keep an eye on that for the middle of next week. that's when it is likely to have the impact. that's where the ring moved to. fiona in the atlantic and the spaghetti models bringing it to bermuda. may have an effect if it stays together otherwise only bothering the fish. speaking of beaches and fish in
