when he does wear clothes, he was wearing a blue t-shirt, gray shorts, thin build, and short hair. police believe his hair color may be gray or possibly blond. police obviously sending out a major warning to students to definitely be aware of their surroundings. call 911 if you notice anything. you'll also notice the emergency beacons. for thousand, reporting live on the campus of the university of dunningan, abc action news. tampa police want to talk to the last person seen with an 81-year-old man before that man was found brutally beaten in his backyard. police are looking for this man, carlos cordero, the last person seen with alfred wattton who was found -- watten was found beaten in his background. if you know where cordero is,

schools may be on the line. boone, kathleen, lake alfred, adair and west wood middle schools are considered failing because they have been given "d" grades. at dennison middle, parents sounded hopeful a new plan could make a difference. >> we have faith. we're going to have faith on the teachers and the system. >> that's why we're committed that's why we're sharing the information on what it's going to look like and what we're going to be doing within our school. we'll focus on improving our entire district. >> the state already rejected an improvement plan for the five failing schools. so the district made changes and submitted a new plan this week. happening today, the final discussion on the final resting place for the remains of dozens of young boys found in unmarked
