hillsborough county now and pinellas county has dried up. again, we do have some of the storms right near the florida amphitheater where the dixie chicks are playing tonight. this storm won't last night. so you're likely hearing the thunder and seeing the lightning. farther to the north across 301, now just exiting the i-75 area, we have heavy downpours moving into sumter county. no big surprises tonight. no warnings or watches to speak of. we will continue to see the storms bubbling up for another couple of hours. by 7:00, we're looking at a few storms but they will be coming to an end around 9:00, 10:00 tonight. by 11:00, we're at 80 degrees. it's warm and muggy but it will be dry. hopefully that will help with planning out your evening. i will have the 7-day forecast in just a bit. >> thank you, shay.

are charging this man 58-year- old david scott th flashing high school students at a bus stop. apparently this is not the first time that he exposed himself. ashley yore is at the bus stop on florida avenue and 101st street where some are concerned about student safety out there. right, ashley. >> reporter: that's right, wendy. students got a nasty surprise when they were getting on the bus yesterday morning. the deputies out hearsay that man dropped his he flashed those students. people who work in this neighborhood say they're not surprised. the reality of what happened yesterday is still sinking in. >> it scared me for life. >> reporter: fernando says this man, 58-year-old david scott harassed him and his sister, asking for cigarettes as they waited for their bus yesterday morning. >> we had realized i couldn't cross the street, he dropped his pants with his underwear, lifted up his shirt and flashed everybody who was driving by.

detectives believe he placed cameras in these miniat jukeboxes and controlled them by remote. this uber driver accused of sexually assaulting three women. detectives don't believe this man was working at the time of the attacks but a police report says that he did offer one of the victim arrive after he assaulted her. it is not clear if he is here legally. detectives think there could be more victims. his bond is set at $150,000. helicopter crash in central florida. the national transportation safety board says the crash was caused by a safety bolt. it killed the pilot. the rotor blades were being worked on a week before the crash. police in houston arrested a man they believe is responsible for the murder of an auto parts store owner. the crime was caught on surveillance. the victim died from a neck

beaches. we're going to have gorgeous beach weather this weekend. a lot of folks will be heading out to clearwater beach. the circles apology beach camera looking fantastic as well. looking great out there. a few thunderstorms. but not terribly widespread. it's a typical trend out there. go ahead and show titan doppler radar. and i'm coming over to the right part of the set. sorry. i'm throwing everybody off, i'm sure. here we are. take a look at the radar. you can see that we do have a and moving away now from the mid-florida amphitheater where the dixie chicks are playing tonight. across i-75, rain is close to -- in sumter county, moving out of the brooksville area and just to the north of dade city. not a ton of rain. also i-75 near north port we have the storms bubbling up. they are headed back towards port charlotte. it's hit or miss out there. nothing too extreme.

mixed bag. once we get past sunset through about 10:00, the showers and storms taper off. you would be more likely to see them east of i-75 or around poke or highlands county, a few linger showers between 8:00 to 10:00. overnight, we are all nice and dry as the temperatures gradually fall closer to 80 degrees. now, high pressure is in control. so we have switched patterns to a more today has been transitional. in general, we're looking at a west to east flow over the next couple of days with high pressure in control though. it acts like a bubble, keeps the storm clouds less likely to form. we won't have a ton of coverage of storms. and the rain chances though as a result of the west to east flow will begin earlier in the day. even before noon. with very low coverage. not everybody will be seeing that rain. so if you're trying to figure out, well, now with this any

work? before 11:00 a.m. tomorrow. you will pretty much be guaranteed to be on the dry side. after that, the rain chances start to go up. and i think the majority of our rain will be occurring between 2:00 and 4:00 across tampa bay. a little later as you go farther inland. that would be your absolutely dry. most of the area tomorrow is going to be pretty dry though. take a look at the tropics and you can see we have a storm system here that has got about keeping a close eye on it as it works its way closer to the virgin islands. keeping an eye on it because of its general direction. rain chances remaining between 30 -- 20 to 30% over the next week. looking pretty good out there. wendy. >> thanks, shay. a new effort to block robocalls. it's part of the robocall strike force. it's the biggest complaint that the fcc receives.
