deputies say 5'2" were driving near 5th street court. the car hit a tree and they bailed. >> they were standing behind the red truck. >> they had a case of beer in their hands and everything. >> reporter: deputies fined and questioned both men. one is wanted for violation of probation, promptly put in cuffs and led to a squad car. he was able to roll down and escape through the window all while in his handcuffs. deputies are questioning his friend. >> are you serious? that's crazy. that's why the helicopter -- i head a helicopter. it was out here for about 30 minutes. there was a helicopter out here, i didn't know why. >> there are a lot of kids around here. having my son, i would be a
