investigators haven't released his name. he was not wearing a helmet. an argument between a bicyclist and central florida police officer is caught on the bike rider's helmet cam. the cyclist says it highlights a major problem, some police officers don't know the laws as they pertain to bicyclists. in the video a police officer tells that rider to ride his bike on the sidewalk. that is when the cyclist tells the officer that is actually illegal. the two men argued for less than a minute and the officer says he has to go. >> i'm trying to be sure you don't get hit by a car. >> i've been doing this for 12,000 miles, man. >> the officer in the video isn't facing discipline but the department says it will retrain its officers on bike laws. uncovering a new crime trend in two bay area counties. pasco and hillsborough county deputies are saying burglars are targeting pickup trucks along the i-75 corridor. they've seen multiple break-ins in the past two weeks, eight on sunday alone at two hotels in

and in several cases getting away with guns. deputies say one man is responsible for serious amounts of stolen packages. lee county sheriff's office says deputies uncovered 121,000 dollars worth of merchandise all from julio hernandez's garage in lehigh acres. you can see the containers stacked floor-to-ceiling, all merchandise from amazon. we're told he's a driver for a subcontracted transportation company. we have an update manatee county. a man who deputies say escaped a patrol car while handcuffed is off the streets but now facing more trouble this morning. authorities say joel canchola turned himself in. they arrested him saturday for violating probation after they say he and a friend ran from a car crash but while he was handcuffed in the back of the patrol car joel canchola somehow got away. detectives now are charming him with escape. a tampa bay man wants you to sign his petition to keep ridesharing services like uber

in jail after police say she left her three kids in a hot car while she went shopping. several people called 911 after seeing the little boys banging on the windows and sweating. luckily a police officer was nearby, we found that 2-year- old boy and twin 4-year-old brothers panicking but the 2- year-old managed town lock the doors so he could help them. the officer says the temperatures in that vehicle more than 100 degrees. that mom had been inside shopping for at least 20 minutes. police in texas caught a a vacant house. >> then realized that the woman was the realtor who just sold the house. neighbors spotted flashlights in the home in the houston suburbs over the weekend so they called police. when officers arrived they say they found kayla sealoff and joshua leal in a passionate embrace. they first claimed they were married, just bought the house. the jig was up when they showed id's. police say they also found marijuana in their car. the new homeowners filed

young father was robbed and killed after a date with a woman he met on-line. >> at that woman that you see here behind us and three men are getting ready to face a judge for the first time. abc action news reporter rodney dunigan is live now at the county jail this morning. >> this may not have been the first time the suspects have done something like this. >> reporter: that's something investigators will be looking into this morning. it turns out that these four suspects have all been in trouble with the law before. all are locked up in the county jail this morning but in just a matter of transferred across the street to the county courthouse to face a judge for the first time in connection with the horrible crime. 18-year-old hailey bustos, joshua ellington. gary gray and andre warner are all charged with murder. investigators say that adam hillary met bustos on a dating app called plenty of fish. after casing out his auburndale apartment investigators say that she told the three men what was inside, they went back
