hillsborough county, about six months after he was first arrested, this woman says he assaulted her. essentials fired him immediately. a department of health report states marshall caused abrasions to her privates. >> i have been through counseling, psychiatrists, medications, nightmares. >> you cannot believe everything thayou hear. >> i'm here to get the other side, your side. that's why i'm here. >> i'm not going to put this on d.j. what is your side -- on tv. >> what is your side, sir. >> i'm innocent. >> reporter: it con at this taughts a danger to the health, welfare of the public. after looking into marshall's disciplinary history, get this, nearly two years after the first reported sexual battery arrests, marshall can still practice massage therapy in florida. >> i'm allowed to work on males. okay. that's cool. i'm still able to work. >> reporter: the department of

feels like temperatures up around 100. we topped outtoday about 94 in tampa. 93 lakeland. 95 in winter haven. look at sarasota. again, even close to the coast, 97 degrees. they hit 99 earlier this week. right now across mover to tampa low 90s. upper 80s in st. pete. almost all of the viewing area reporting partly cloudy and dry conditions. the only rain is off shore. the east to west flow that we have been tracking for, three or four days, it's not going anywhere. at least through saturday annda that means if you have any plans, you have togethings done outdoors, the mornings will be beautiful. it will be warm and muggy but it will be dry. in the evening, between 8:00 and 10:00, anything left will get out of here. friday morning, saturday morning, it will be clear.littl outside of that, some tailgaters tomorrow before the

i would not be the least bit surprised if it continues more of a west track. if that happens, it could be an issue somewhere out in the lf of mexico. again, i think both models have done poorly on one side and a little tton e hers. the gfs di't think it would amount to much. so far it hasn't. the european model was the fie lf of mexico. which where most models are hinting. the last run takes this to texas. big changes constantly going through over the last couple of hours. bottom line, this is what you need to know. this is still a ragged system. the threat to our area is extremely slim. even if it goes up the state, it's extremely slim. i mean, we could get rain out it sometime later monday and into tuesday. maybe even a decent amount. i don't think it will be the kind of rain that will cause significant flooding at this point. if it goes into the gulf and you have water temperatures in the upper 80s away from us,
