frankland and downtown tampa. we have a serious crash, fatal crash in myaca city, manatee county, state road 70 blocked in both directions. it's possible they could be routing cars around this, maybe possibly in the shoulder. if not there are re -- the reroute is pretty lengthy to give yourself extra time. you can take ouachula county or county road 675. either way give yourself extra time to make the detour. i'll that road reopens. pasco county kids go back to school today after longer than normal labor day break courtesy of hurricane hermine but some families are still surrounded by floodwaters. a new port richey family is calling three men angels after they were rescued from their elfers home saturday. eric, joe and rich weren't affected by the flooding but couldn't stand by and just do nothing while others were. so they had a boat and went to work.

they spotted a little girl asking to be rescued. that child was stranded in her home with her mom, dad, three brothers and sisters. the home surrounded by floodwaters. on saturday the men navigated in and out of the neighborhood pulling people out one by one to safety. this morning a family has endless praise for their efforts. >> we consider them unsung heroes. they took us out of our home that we didn't know where we were going, didn't know what to do. those are angels that to get back home. officials say they expect the water to recede below flood limits by this afternoon. happening today -- presidential nominee hillary clinton will be in tampa campaigning on usf's campus. she's expected to talk about national security and take digs at donald trump no doubt. ashley yore is near the usf student center where clinton will be in just a few hours. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. it may be quiet here now but it

hillsborough school district are trying to fix and overspending problem. the district is holding its final public hearing today on the budget for the next school year. just last year they found they were overspending by more than $100 million every year. leaders are planning to vote on a $2.8 billion budget but they have not yet revealed what cuts they are making. that meeting starts at 5:00 tonight. with kids back in school they can pick up all sorts of germs or super lice. you can kill normal lice with a special shampoo but not super lice. the bugs have tolerance to medication and can't get rid of them with chemicals anymore. they've been spotted in all 50 states. one mom says her daughters have been battling it for two hours. >> i comb for hours sometimes. >> hours? >> yeah. for hours. >> however there's no way to treat super lice. there's one way -- you can do

next couple days. that will also yield into the more comfy humidity as we head through the afternoon. it will feel nice through the morning and tomorrow as well. by the way the rain chances return wednesday but won't return big time. still looking at lower rain chances wednesday and then slowly getting back to more typical afternoon storms heading into friday and into the weekend but not going to be a washout by any means. 90 for today. it will feel like 90. it will be mostly sunny and that will be the case again tomorrow. maybe another degree higher as far back in the forecast thursday. 30%. so we'll keep it there friday and then 40% so nothing terrible here with highs back in the upper 80s to around 90. no big changes in the temperatures but subtle differences in the humidity, will make for i think some nice afternoons and some lovely mornings up ahead. hopefully we've got one going but already some problems on the roads so early on a tuesday. we have some problems in myaca city. but furs let's talk about your
