hillary clinton is fighting pneumonia. came out during a 9/11 memorial service sunday. how will this affect her presidential campaign? >> the buccaneers win their first game of the regular season. we have the highlights of the team's win against atlanta. >> good morning, thank you for joining us, i'm lindsay logue. >> i'm rodney dunigan. hillary clinton fighting today and tomorrow and as andrew spencer reports she was diagnosed with pneumonia by her doctors friday. >> reporter: clearly unsteady on her feet. hillary clinton stumbled trying to get into a van as she left early from a 9/11 memorial service on sunday. clinton would appear outside her daughter's apartment a couple hours later looking and apparently feeling much better. >> it's a beautiful day in new york. >> reporter: she posed for a photo but she said very little.

what happened? >> not until much later sunday did her doctor release a statement saying clinton was actually diagnosed with pneumonia on friday. donald trump skipped the chance to comment on sunday. >> anything to say about hillary clinton's health incident? >> reporter: his running mate's handler kept governor mike pence at a distance. >> not taking questions. >> reporter: the silence is perhaps surprising from the trump campaign whose suog have at times tried to stir up questions about her health in the past. but sources in the trump campaign have said surrogates were told to be respectful and staff members told to keep quiet and not say anything negative about what happened. the 15th anniversary of 9/11 memorials took place in the bay area. >> and many gathered in palm

damage. federal relief could be on the way after fema crews toured dozens of homes. they need to verify damage assessment numbers before any cash can be handed out. estimates are now $111 million. 1,600 homes have major damage, 23 in the state of florida have been destroyed. >> the average is $6,000 a household. it's not a lot of money. it's if they get every bit that fema can give them it's between $33,000 and $36,000, again not going to fix a destroyed home. >> county officials say they will know by the end of the week who qualifies for funding. since hermine we've had a bit of a break with the shower and thunderstorm activity. not as widespread so we're able to dry out. certainly the anclote river but at this point we're going to transition. we have tropical moisture in

sit and videotape it, we have children basically at risk because they are in a fight. >> two teens are facing simple battery charges. a third person could also be charged but police are still investigating. facebook today is reversing itself after harsh criticism for sensoring an iconic photo from the vietnam war. the social media site blocked the 1972 photo of a naked screaming girl from an saying it's inappropriate. facebook says they will eye just its review process on future postings. a teen who rescued a 71- year-old man who crashed into a pond in palm harbor will be honored for his heroic actions. last month the teen was in a car with his family when he saw another car in a pond. he got out and dove into the water to rescue that 71-year- old driver.

some students in colorado are missing deadly bus crash at the denver international airport. the driver picked up students there yesterday afternoon, circled back to the airport and crashed into a concrete pillar. the driver died. students were rushed to nearby hospitals. two in critical condition. police still don't know what caused the driver to lose control and crash. alexis arquette, transgender actress died sunday morning in los angeles but

alexis was born as robert arquette. known for roles in wedding singer and pulp fiction. we're told her famous siblings were at her side when she died. she were 47 years old. a third floor balcony collapsed. at least 30 people were injured in the accident. police say the deck was rotted and rickety. it collapsed on a porch on the send floor that then crumpled to the ground below. a chicago man says up with rising crime and now hiring his own security officer. that security company owner, howard grier, also a chicago police officer patrols the block. he and fellow off-duty officers now walk the neighborhood with guns and handcuffs six days a week, eight hours a day. >> it's like a supplement. to a crime fighting, to the police department. i think it's very effective. >> it may be effective but also expensive.

from 11:00 to 2:00. today the clearwater marine aquarium will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its planned expansion. 9:30 this morning. the expansion will feature a 400-space parking garage, two four-er to buildings for education as well as a 1.5 million gallon rescued dolphin habitat as well as a pelican habitat. it will be open for guests during all phases of expansion. sounds good. one of my favorite places. good to see the marine mammals you don't get to see everyday. temperatures in the upper 70s to lower 80s. did you enjoy the weekend? you couldn't step outside without folks complaining about the heat. it was hot. in fact it was record hot both saturday and sunday. we had both days hit 95 degrees at the airport. it was stifling out there with, of course the heat index of 105 plus through the afternoon. it's done and there's tropical

last week relatively dry. we had been talking about that, low rain chances. well, complete 180 this week. we're going the other direction with moisture coming in that will allow for temperatures to stay 89 to 93 in the afternoon. showers and storms off shore moving north and west. in fact it's going to the flow, south and east. you're going to start hearing thunder. it's going to be loud and pouring. so something we have not seen at least in a week or so. of course before hermine got us with all the rain here. there's the tropical wave over the bahamas. in fact the national hurricane center had been looking at this for development. it's not going to develop. just a lot of rainfall the next few days. it won't be the rain that starts in the morning and continues all day. not like that. it will just be tropical moisture to set the stage for the heating of the day, to get us into afternoon thunderstorms here so that is the way things are going to shape up as we
