and good tuesday morning. we begin with hillary clinton anxious to get back on the campaign trail as she speaks out for the first time about her diagnosis of pneumonia. >> now, clinton says she never lost consciousness and felt better as soon as she got foo her air conditioned van. in the meantime, donald trump went on the attack about an entirely different issue, we get the latest now from abc's lana zak. >> i'm feeling so much better. >> reporter: calling in to cnn last night hillary clinton tried to reassure voters that her health isn't an should take to the ballot box while her husband bill clinton told charlie rose her campaign is not hiding any health secrets. >> nothing more to know. she's very strong. >> reporter: the democratic nominee acknowledged it was a combination of the heat and pneumonia that caused her to lose her balance as she left the 9/11 event in new york sunday but aides initially neglected to mention the pneumonia diagnosis that came on friday pegging it only to heat and dehydration.

say they will release more health information this week. kendis, diane. >> mrs. clinton expects to be on the campaign trail fairly soon. lana, thank you. in the meantime, donald trump came to the defense of his supporters as a scuffle broke out last night at his rally in north carolina. a man in the crowd grabbed a protester by the neck and punched him as he was being escorted out by security. the supporter also slapped a woman who was being led out of the arena but he was not forced to leave that rally. a issued a subpoena to a high ranking fbi official aimed at accessing the full case file on hillary clinton's e-mail investigation. congressman jason chaffetz says many of the records were blacked out or missing and republicans are challenging the fbi's decision to the to prosecute her over her use of a private e-mail server. democrats say it's just an attempt to undermine clinton's presidential bid. president obama says he's encouraged by some of the work in congress after sitting down with leaders from both sides of the aisle.

mcconnell, house minority leader nancy pelosi and harry reid. he expressed hope of reaching a bipartisan agreement to keep the government running and funding the battle against zika. everything all seems pretty happy there but then there's this battle that is about to take place. a fight with congress over a bill to allow 9/11 families to sue saudi arabia. both the house and senate unanimously passed the justice against sponsors of terrorism act but the white house says the president will 15 of the september 11th attackers were saudi nationals but saudi arabia so far has denied involvement. some victims' families have written the president asking had him to sign the bill for the white house argues it could lead other countries to enact similar laws against the u.s. the u.s. has made a major show of force just miles from north korea. the military flew two b1b bombers over the skies of south korea. the flight was in response to north korea's latest nuclear

date. there was a similar flyover after a test in january. as the cease-fire in syria enters its second day rebels are criticizing the plan. 21 insurgent groups have released a statement calling it unjust saying the international community is not serious about ending the fighting. meanwhile, the united states has confirmed the cease-fire does not include provisions for u.s. and russian approved air strikes by syria's government. quite a touching scene overnight in tennessee. the nine victims of were remembered last night at a vigil in memphis. family members released balloons into the sky each one representing a victim. and an electrical malfunction in the air conditioner sparked the fire which killed six children and three adults. memphis firefighters have been going door to door giving out smoke detectors. to the north in chicago crews managed knock down a massive fire which broke out in a strip mall. the fire started around 7:00 in

at least three businesses were destroyed. two firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion. the cause of that fire at this hour under investigation. this christmas marks 20 years since the murder of 6-year-old jonbenet ramsey. now for the first time her older brother is opening up publicly about that day. burke ramsey was 9 when the young beauty queen's body was found in the basement of their colorado home. speaking with dr. phil, ramsey describes the moment he found out something was wrong. >> do you remember waking up that mornin the first thing i remember is my mom first thing in my room really frantic, i remember her saying where's my baby, where's my baby. i was scared. i didn't know if there was some bad guy downstairs and my dad was chasing off with a gun or, you know, i had no idea. >> investigators first suspected an intruder then focused on the parents, john and patsy ramsey. both were cleared as suspects and that case is still open.

natural is back. 4:27, tuesday morning. lots to talk about. plenty of moisture coming in and back to numerous showers and thunderstorms for today as that tropical wave we've been talking about is over us. rain chances remain rather high. then we'll begin to wind down by the end of the week and heading into the weekend i think we'll be in better shape. in a lot of cloud cover. not much sunshine and plenty of showers and thunderstorms to deal with. upper 70s now to around 80 degrees. nice moon. clear skies, a little visibility, then we cloud over. showers and thunderstorms already going on the eastern side of the peninsula. if you widen this out you notice a bit of a spin. this is the area we've been

should crack out thunderstorms. almost looks like bands rolling through. it's headed to the north and west. then it begins to clear out. especially along the coast. as far as rainfall potential, that also will be concentrated east. we're not complaining about it. it goes through the end of the week so it's not just a today map. that would be something. the heaviest of the rain should remain to our east, good news for us. we don't need any more, certainly not through pasco county. we have tropical storm ian in the middle ocean. we don't have to worry about it. it's falling apart out there. then the hurricane in the eastern pacific. so we'll talk more about that and extended forecast. and take you into the next three days, rain chances 60%, highs in the upper 80s. we'll talk about lower rain chances heading into the weekend coming up.
