that has cleared. 275 and 75 up to speed this morning. take a look at this. a driver hit's someone's parked car head on. the driver drives off as though nothing happened. cameras may have caught the crime, but police need your help to catch that driver. abc action news reporter lindsay logue is live at tampa police headquarters with details. lindsay? >> reporter: dan, good morning to you. tampa police know where the crime happened. they know when the crime happened, but what they don't know is who's behind the wheel of the vehicle that slammed into a parked suv. you can see it right here. the cameras are just too far away, but they do catch that vehicle pulling away. take a better look at this video. we can show you more of this. it happened wednesday from a home on west flora street. it shows that driver again crashing head-on into another vehicle parked on the side of the street.

florida. 19-year-old jasmine was released from jail in martin county after accepting a plea deal for assaulting a guard in stewart where she was this drug rehab. she's heading back to san francisco. she is the key witness against seven current and former bah enforcement officers. she claims they trafficked her for sex. she says they had sex with at least 30 officers, four when she was under age. >> she is entitled certainly to compensation from each one of officers have violated the law and her civil rights. >> her attorney says jasmine is not a drug addict and says the officers sent her to rehab in florida under false pretenses. one police chief responded to that claim saying it distorts reality. a south florida boy is proving bravery beyond his years. he picked up that 4-year-old while running away from officers. the child bit him to get free, and it worked.

welcome back to abc action news on this early thursday. a train collision killed at least six peek in pakistan today and wounded more than 100 others. authorities say the express passenger train collided with freight train. rescuers are working now to free the trapped passengers now in four overturned cars. you can see the wreckage. the freight train stopped when it ran over a man on the tracks and then the express train hit the freight train. a man running from denver police tries to get rid of nearly two dozen bags of heroin. he tried to eat five of them but threw 17 bags over a fence that landed right in a doggie day care. several dogs ended up eating

tropical storm so that's excellent news. it will still be raining pretty good across the carolinas. morning coastal showers will begin to see those moving ashore. we're good for the morning commute and by 9:00, 10:00, they will continue moving in. and then the thunderstorms by later on this afternoon. visibility, we've still got a few patchy pockets of fog. the forecast on futurecast, we'll see the showers 9:00, 10:00 and everything pushes to the east. all of the storms that do develop will be heading inland. if you are watching this at polk, highlands county, we will continue to see the storms around 7:00, 8:00. meanwhile, the coast at that time would have cleared out. this is africa here. this continues pushing off towards the west. this is five days out.
