we've seen videos like this from russia, because they are from powerful families, have lots of money and know rules don't apply to me, i can buy my way out. >> a lot of reports are saying the exact thing, they know police are going to leave them alo alone, so they don't care they are breaking the law. in fact, this girl was seen speeding past a moscow highway that putin apparently uses daily to get to the kremlin. >> putting her in jail. >> some authorities saw this video and are looking for her. they do not driving behavior and do recognize it is incredibly dangerous. hey, hi, guys, this is allison dunbar calling. i was just driving and i saw a dog hiding beneath a car. >> allison has called hope for paws, they work in southern california. she called them because she saw a dog and is afraid that dog will run into the middle of the street and away from her. it looks so scared.

it's very cold and rainy, and this little boy just wandered off on his own. his parents, obviously, distraught. he was gone for about 18 hours when suddenly -- >> poor little guy. he was probably scared and cold and scared. >> yeah, he was out there all night. it had rained, but these two volunteers came upon him, they saw the red sweater out in the middle of the trees, he was sitting there >> oh, my gosh, i want to cry. so adorable and sad. >> reading his book. >> now, his parents were extra frightened for young ben, because he does have down's syndrome. when he was found, he was found without his wellies, without his boots. he was barefoot, very cold, he looked a little scared and confused.

this next story is really near and dear to my heart. you guys met my sisters earlier this year, they were here in the studio, and you know them for the most part. what you don't know is my baby sister has alopecia. it's an auto immune condition that causes small bald spots. it can cause one to go completely bald. she first noticed the spotting when she was about 12 years old. my mother took her to the daughter to figure out what it was. as she moved into junior high, bigger to a point where her hair started to come out completely. during high school she rocked a lot of different styles, but she was really antiwigs, so she rocked head wraps. >> she does a good job of owning her own style and making people appreciate it. during that time she was seeing doctors, doing treatments and as she entered into her freshman year at cal, her hair looked normal. from time to time spots would appear and she would resituate
