investigators filed 1 hundred charges against a tampa man. tampa police say he had thousands of pictures of naked children. at least one of them appeared to be younger than 5 years old. another fever out there for us today as we talk temperatures at this early hour. look at this clearwater to the water. feels-like temperatures are in the upper 80s and lower 90s. we're headed once again for triple digits this afternoon. the feels-like tellp feels like 100, 103 degrees. so titan doppler radar is not showing much. we'll just have 20% coverage as we have dry air inhibiting that. what do we have here? finally the winds up above

two police officers are recovering after officers were sprayed. the curfew was set by the mayor and hit the streets for the third night in a row. it's also an attack on the officers, the demonstrators stay mostly peaceful. now protesters are demanding to see the body cam and dash cam video from today. police shot and killed keith scott. the scott family and the mayor have seen the video. it won't be released to the public until the investigation is over. charlotte is sure to be discussed during monday's presidential debate. in a rally yesterday in pennsylvania, donald trump talked about the violence calling for the rioting to end saying it is a threat to law- abiding blacks who live in charlotte who want to raise their children for safety and peace. he also blamed hillary clinton for wanting to incite the rage against police. >> those are saying this is a narrative that is supported

shared directly in the responsibility for the unrest that is afflicting our country and hurting those who have really the very least. >> a new poll finds hillary clinton's lead over donald trump is shrinking in two key states. trump is trailing by two points in colorado, six points in virginia. clinton previously led by wide margins in both states. upcoming debate. campaigning in her place is her daughter. yesterday, chelsea clinton told the crowd how her mom will do more for families than trump. >> what mr. trump has proposed is to give only new mothers six weeks' time off at a really kind of barely paid rate. i mean, in some states it would only be about $200 a week. that's very different than what

campaign trail today and tomorrow in key battleground states michigan, ohio, and pennsylvania. we're following a developing story right now. police in tennessee are trying to figure out why an armed man killed two of his co-workers before going into a bathroom and killing himself in eastern tennessee. witnesses told police there was an attempted shooting in the factory's front office but then the gunman moved to the north side of the plant. police have identified the shooter as rickey swafford and say the people he shot and killed were two of his supervisors. a central florida man is facing charges for pretending to be a police officer, trying to lure women into his suv. police in st. cloud saying rami hanna told two women he was an undercover cop and told them to get in his car.

too much stuff. many people save things so they don't have to buy things in the future like furniture, kids' clothing, and if that's something you do, think about this. it could be costing you more money to keep it. take a look at the numbers. many people like to rent storage units to keep some of their stuff. the average, 10 by 15 feet, $1400 a year, not including taxes or extra insurance. here's the kicker. consumer reports says if you invested that money year, you could be having 10 grand in six years. so instead of holding on to the stuff, sell it, invest the money and save smaller stuff in the space that you are already paying for. we're always looking for ways to save you money. here is a way to have your own

feeling like it's in the 90s. so we have plenty of moisture at the surface. we go up a few thousand feet. it's too dry. oh, look at this. seminoles tomorrow with a fantastic game here. the upper 80s to around 90. should you take a poncho. not showing you much right now and eventually it will get into thunderstorm activity. we are into the dry air. drier it is. really that's where the heaviest of the rain has fallen. for the entire week, we haven't done all that much. there has been another scattering of thunderstorms. the dry air is limiting the rain chances for the next couple of days. then we'll be getting into a more typical pattern as something more active with afternoon storms.

death of keith lamont scott. >> the clergy is here. adults are here. black and white, there's been not one incident of violence so far. look at how peaceful it is. this is what happens when we come together as a nation. >> reporter: images showing the after-math of scott's shooting emerged and was able to see the footage of the incident and said we want those images to be that these videos that we watch today, body camera footage as well as the dash cam should be made available to the public, allow people to see it and allow people to draw their own conclusions. >> reporter: the police chief is insisting that's not going to happen any time soon. >> i'm not going to release it because ultimately, i have to do what i can to protect the integrity the investigation.

reporting. the law blocks the dash cam footage with limited exceptions. that goes into effect october 1st. new developments on the police shooting death in tulsa, oklahoma. the officer charged with manslaughter for killing terrence crutcher is out on bond. officer shelby, prosecutors say, acted unreasonably. the video shows crutcher with him. she told investigators she feared for her life and crutcher reached into his car. she now faces between four years and life in prison. the family is grateful charges are filed and hope to prevent more innocent people from dying at the hands of police. a suspect in new york bombings this morning we know ahmed rahami bought a handgun

the owner of the shop says he used a valid i.d. card and did pass state and federal background checks. he's now in the hospital at this hour facing federal charges. he is currently incapacitated and not in good health for even a bedside arraignment. frantic moments overnight. an unattended vehicle prom there was heavy traffic in the area because of all of that police activity. nypd bomb squad even responded. that vehicle was eventually towed away without any incident. everything is back up and running on schedule this morning. if you want to donate to the victims of the pulse nightclub, today is your last day. the organization set up the funds for the families of those killed and survivors of the attack. the go fund me page has brought in more than $7.8 million. it's part of the $23 million collected in all.

tonight. then the group will start giving money to the victims on tuesday. new information just in to the newsroom this friday morning. colin kaepernick is now the most disliked player in the nfl, according to a new national poll by e poll marketing research. the san francisco 49ers quarterback was disliked a lot by 29% of those polled. that's more than any other nfl player asked about in the survey. however, kaepernick is enjoying a record i had african-americans. the poll shows 42% of african- americans like him a lot. kaepernick has been kneeling during the national anthem before nfl games to draw attention, he says, to police treatment of african-americans. his protests landed him on the cover of the upcoming issue of "time" magazine. it is a big football weekend here in tampa. >> both the bucs and bulls are playing important games at raymond james stadium.

right now. rescuers found this wayward manatee near cape cod far from its usual home in florida. officials ask the public to help them find the 8 foot sea cow and a tip led them to the coast of massachusetts. they don't do well in water temperatures below 68 degrees. with the seasons changing it made it even more urgent for crews to save the manatee. it is now warming up in aquarium in connecticut. being honored for the k- 9s for cops. the event raises money to buy k- 9 dogs for polk county. tonight's special speaker helped save 30 miles per hour trapped during the ben gauze -- 30 persons trapped during the benghazi terror attack. the internet called this outfit racist. we'll show it to you coming up.
