realized that the 4 month old baby he had been seen holding was missing. they found the baby and he had landed face down in leaves. he was taken to the hospital with scrapes and bruiseses but other wise okay. now -- the man is facing child abuse charges. he's due in court next mo bruises. now developments here for the teen accuse of shooting four women and one man in the mall. he was apprehended after a day long man hunt. this wasn't the first time he's been arrested. he has been arrested three times for domestic violence against his dad. he's a teen who has migrated from turkey.

like when arrested. authorities say that a suspects card was declined through the drive through. he stormed inside the store with a weapon and he got into a fight with a customer inside and then shots were fired. the victim was taken to the to hospital and then died. the suspect and the victim did not appear to know each other. a flight from to make an emergency landing. the emergency was reportedly from a samsung tablet. once the plane landed they had to replace the seat. this tablet is not the samsung
