others had minor damage. a lot of the homes did experience flooding both back in the beginning of the summer and again when hurricane hermine hit. the problem is the back of the property where you see the trees. there's a creek of sorts that runs back there. when they get heavy rain it spills into this neighborhood. a lot of this area in the community had a lot of water, some waist deep and higher during the hurricane in august. the area was under a mandatory evacuation two times including during the hurricane. today fema going door to door talking with residents who many of them are cleaning up trying to put things back together. a lot of residents are renters and are worried it will be challenging to get federal help to fix up their homes. >> reporter: do you feel like your house isn't safe? >> it it isn' and i'm disabled already, so i
