new video is pouring in of the damage that the hurricane has all ready dealing to -- has all ready started dealing to haiti. a direct hit from the strongest storm to spend that region in decades. >> that's right. in the east coast is bracing. cars are bumper-to-bumper at a gas station. that's in western broward county. people are desperate to fill up . >> the bay area? were watching that around the clock. and you just got an updated track. >> yes. and it has been shifted to the west and i will say this in a minute. the winds 59 miles per hour. and, then this goes to the bahamas where it will have an opportunity to strengthen.

it is a category four hurricane. now, this is the latest track. and i wanted to show you this because, you can see where comes very close to florida and it goes right up the eastern seaboard and maybe skims cape cod. have a lot of folks that live locally from new england so you may want to keep an eye on that. wanted to focus more on what the impact is from the sta is taking them about 30 or 40 miles east of the florida east coast. and, if this track were to verify they would have that along the east coast. and, still close enough. two days before the going to happen but there is time for this to nudge west.

this explosion leveled to homes in new jersey. affecting other homes in the area and upper house will have to be demolished after this blast this morning reduced entire buildings to rubble. they said they smelled gas just before the explosion. utility company says they were looking into a gas leak at the time and had shut off the gas. no one was injured.

from the east. and, it's something entirely different and, this is important for us, hurricane force winds look at those covers, green and dark green about a 20 to 30% chance on the east coast known for our area. and, the probability of tropical storm force winds, and, up to about 55 because there's another map for that one. for our area, polk county., it will see these tropical storm wins. and, do not expect those hurricane conditions based on the current track. futurecast is a pretty good idea on this track going through the bahamas if it's this far out the effects of be lower than that. for the voters, -- boaters, the
