developing this morning, gunmen trainees in pakistan killing 59 people. more than 100 were wounded in an attack on a police training center. security forces shot and killed one attacker. two attackers detonated explosive vests killing more trainees. they believe they were working with people in afghanistan. a man painting a mural on the side of a high-rise fell to his death in the second scaffolding collapse in a week.

painters working with him dangling from the building as they wait to be rescued. the three men were working on that condo under construction when the scaffolding collapsed from under them. the safety harness saved two of the men but the third fell 40 feet to his death. the tragic accident happened as horrified construction workers watched. >> unfortunately, you know, we are just trying to cope the events that happened. >> this morning investigators are working to see if a mechanical problem is to blame. last wednesday one man died and five others were injured when scaffolding fell near downtown miami. a largo firefighter is arrested and then fired after being accused of crashing a wedding and threatening the bride with his closed fist. he is defending himself against what he calls flat out lies.

good tuesday morning. caught on camera, take a look at this car and the guy behind it. that is a driver chasing the runaway car on a busy highway in switzerland. this the car crosses lanes into the middle of the highway, crosses back as the man zigzags after it trying to dodge traffic. the car finally came to a stop after hitting a sign. the driver got out of the car to talk to a friend and forgot to use the emergency brake and the caroled away. the driver will likely face charges for putting others in danger. a jewelry store and gun store in texas are teaming up for a buy a ring get a gun

>> the group will hear from staff about controversial sting operations targeting uber and lyft drivers. ryan smith is live to explain. good morning, ryan. >> reporter: good morning to you. you know travel he was here at tampa international airport have come to rely on ride sharing options like uber and lyft, whether they want to get picked up or dropped off. we have heard from uber drivers that avoid coming because of the -- tia because of the tickets they have gotten here. the ptc allegedly used taxi drivers to pose as uber and lyft customers drawing them to areas like the airport where ptc officials are waiting to fine them. it is a ticket trap that has florida lawmakers calling for an fdle investigation. e-mails obtained by the times revealing ptc leaders like the
