this morning, miami police are searching for the woman in this newly released surveillance video seen opening fire on three people saturday night. >> i was like, bop, bop, bop. >> reporter: you can see the shooter dressed in white reining up behind the group. one of the victims quickly hands over her purse and cell phone but the suspect opens fire anyway. the victims then frantically toss their cell phones and wallets to the ground and scatter and run for their lives. you even see the suspect pick up the belongings but still she fires again. >> the victims handled over the property and the female offender still shot them. >> reporter: all three victims were hit by the flying bullets. witnesses then rushed to their aid until ambulances arrive. >> i took my shirt off and i applied pressure to his chest. >> reporter: and police are still searching for that suspect saying she was a passenger in a white or silver chrysler sedan. >> someone so young crying out for help. i don't know if we helped him enough. >> reporter: one of the victims

mogul sumner redstone suing two former girlfriends for what he claimed was a calculated scheme to take his money. in the 31-page lawsuit redstone, the controlling shareholder of viacom and cbs, claims that starting in 2010, 53-year-old manuela herzer, a former girlfriend and 45-year-old sydney holland, his girlfriend at the time, joined forces to install themselves in his estate plan and secure fantastic moving into his home, the suit claims, isolating him from friends and family. firing longtime staff and draining his accounts. >> nothing that is alleged in this lawsuit is remotely consistent with reality or the facts as they are today. >> reporter: in 2014, alone the pair allegedly charging thousands on his credit cards every day.

$128,000 at barney's and $82,000 the hermes. the suit claiming when all was said and done the women had taken more than $150 million in five years. at one point convincing redstone to sell all of his vested stock options and later that same day redstone made two transfers, $45 million each to personal bank accounts of holland and he wants all of the money that he gifted, gifted, in quotes to ms. herzer and ms. holland, he wants all of that money returned. >> the suit says redstone now also has a huge tax bill related to the women's spending. redstone is seeking undisclosed compensatory damage, punitive damages and legal fees. we did reach out to holland's lawyer but did not get a response. a lot of explosive allegations. >> seems like he has a good

father is stepping up and well before it became -- >> fashionable. >> fashionable. i didn't want to use that word. but long before it was fashionable your father was doing this. >> he galvanized the whole fashion industry together to help create something called fashion targets breast cancer and then he created the pink pony fund and said every time that pony is pink on our products we're going to raise money and awareness for the cause and today both of these initiatives have become incredibly success board what are your goals? >> the goals are to build on that. to really grow the ralph lauren cancer center into something that the community knows about and that they trust but also get involved with cancer all around the world. >> david, you hit it. trust, trust is so imperative. i was very fortunate to be at memorial sloan-kettering cancer center and for that to be aligned here and i have to tell you in walking around and seeing, it's the same care here

good morning, everybody. we are still seeing slowdowns on i 275 through st. pete. this is due to a couple of crashes in the northbound lanes around 54th avenue north and another one a mile or so back. so, again, slow on 275. you can see it here down to 31 miles per hour. but looking great in the opposite direction, southbound across the bridges. we are slowly getting a little better on the courtney campbell causeway due to a crash in the eastbound lanes taking way one lane there. look at the howard frankland. if you can make it there, you are in good shape. seven minutes to get across. you can avoid the courtney campbell causeway by taking 580 through oldsmar. a crash southbound i-75 at university parkway. this is in sarasota.
