how is he doing right now? >> well as you can imagine still pretty shaken up this morning. he says the guy walked in with a knife demanding cash. he jumped on top of that counter. it caught on surveillance camera right inside of the store. >> he said he wasn't playing. he just wants the min and he started grabbing the money out of the register. i had it already opening. getting ready the next day. >> happen to you, but when it does, it's traumatizing. now if you look very closely at this video it shows the man jumping on to the counter demanding cash from that clerk. thankfully no one was hurt. the suspect in in case also caught on camera at another local wal-mart. all of this just moments before he implied he had a gun and held up that cashier. so far this guy has hit three businesses in the span

they arrested the man over my shoulder. we got that mug shot this morning. he's facing second-degree murder charges in the death of mariah goode. she was shot. an unidentified person drove her to the hospital where she died. he's scheduled to be in court this afternoon. charges upgraded in a student killing -- it happened in martin county on the southeast co year-old austin harof with two first-degree murder. he was initially charged with second-degree murder. deputies say he attacked a jupiter couple and stabbed a neighbor who came to help. with the upgraded first-degree murder charges prosecutors could now seek the death penalty. a former orlando police officer is sentenced to 51 weeks behind bars for assaulting an inmate.
